Received all roses in a bit of a rough shape. We had three 100+ degree days when they arrived. Planted them next day. Majority leafs fell off, but I saw some signs of new growth on each plant few weeks later. Hopefully they will come back next spring.

One of our trees was turning very brown.
We sent photos and called for assistance. We got great feedback and FGT also sent two replacement trees. The replacements were even the same size as the ones that had been growing since spring! Amazing!

Nice plants, but the Thunderstuck Crape Myrtle was overpriced compared to my local nursery. My fault for not researching before ordering. The liriopes and daylillies are doing well and are happy with those.

Great assistance with questions and making order. Some of items were greatly delayed and needed to postpone until next year because of late availability. I appreciate the 1year guarantee… not sure if some of the shrubs will survive.

I ordered cherry laurels and planted them in the fall. They arrived in beautiful condition and packaged really well. Planted all within a couple days of arrival and they looked spectacular, much larger and fuller than I was expecting. Unfortunately two did not survive, but FGT was very professional and got right on it and was able to replace them very quickly. All are doing great now! So happy!

Pleasant trees came on time however the order was shorted 10 trees and was promptly reshipped the shortage and of the 24 trees purchased only one died and it was replaced

2 of my 4 were damaged when arrived. I have been watering everyday to try and bring them back. Other 2 are doing fine.

We purchased two trees and recognized the top part of the Red Bud would not produce new growth - it seemed like the tree had been graphed but the upper part of the graph did not take hold. I had to call to prove it twice before receiving a replacement tree.
