My tree arrived with the pot, fertilizer and potting soil all in a huge mess. The tree almost looked like it was bare root because it hadn't been packed well. I'm lucky that I was able to plant it immediately and it has recovered but---for the cost of the tree and the short distance it had to travel---it should have been packaged better.
Purchase plant about two months ago. Had several cold spells over a six week period. I would bring plant to the garage for several nights. Planted it out side, covered it several nights. It has doubled in size and is a healthy green color.
I thought I could save the tree but it was broken and it ended up dying. I wished a call right away but I thought I could save it.
All leaves turning black. Plant dying after a few months. Used a sensor to water. Was lead to believe an indoor plant. Leaves were torn on arrival.
2 of 2 trees are already dead after 2 months. They struggled from the start and had no roots from a potted nursery. I wouldn't waste the time to deal with planting then have to remove them later
The mimosa tree arrived as a broken stick attached to a very short root ball. I was surprised when it sprouted leaves. While not very high or quick, the tree is growing.
After several years of trying to buy these palms locally, we gave up and ordered them online. Very happy with the size and condition. Of course, a few weeks later our local store had the Windmill palm in abundance for less than half the price. But. A bird in the hand!
I ordered two trees this spring and planted them several feet apart, according to instructions. One of them came with the droopy leaves and some branches that were brown/black/dry. I contacted the company and were told it is common for a tree to look like that due to a stress. So, I was told to keep watching and watering them. One of the trees is still doing fantastic, but the other one looks even more sick. I dont think it will survive winter. I dont think I will order anything from this company anymore due to the high price of the product. I was under impression that if I pay 3 times as much as an average tree costs, the quality would be better, but was mistaken. When I called the company second times is was told it was my pot planting technique that killed the tree. When I said that I used the same technique for the other tree that is doing well, I was told the same thing: just watch the tree and see what will happen.
I ordered 4 trees and was eagerly awaiting arrival. After 6 weeks I went back to the website to check my order to find it had been canceled without reason or contact.
The fig tree was super small, and in one month has shown very little growth. We're pretty disappointed.
A little disappointed as two of the trees were shipped with burlap and plastic wrapped around the root ball. The other trees were all in plastic pots. The two trees wrapped in burlap during shipping had the soil around the root ball fall away allowing the roots to dry out. One of the trees the Bosc Pear tree only had a very small tap root about 6 inches long not much of a root system and is still struggling to survive. Fourtunately I purchased the replacement plan and if the tree does not make it will contact Fast-Growing-Trees for a replacement.
Its been about 2 months since my purchase. My plant is beautiful and thriving so far. Delivery was fast which I love.
Between the person who helped me with my order and the one one that helped resolve my small issue. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. My plants look amazing. We lost a few and the replacements are doing well. Thank you for the care and appreciation you showed toward me as a customer.
Trees arrived in good shape but so afar no sign of new growth on lime tree. Avocado tree has new leaves and blossoms very happy with it
My lemon tree is doing very well. The blooms smell delicious! The test will come when I must move it inside.
Packaging was good. Tree looked healthy. Planted per instructions with root growth formula. 5 in 1 apple tree just waiting for apple season. No little apples yet but we are in NH so we plant late. Will update when applicable. Peace and blessings to all.

I ordered bushes for privacy along a fence. I am excited to see if they grow as quickly as they are supposed to.
The tree never made it. We did everything by the book and it just never did anything. It never saw frost or anything and planted in Miracle grow soil
I love buying trees here, particularly exotic or unusual ones that my local garden center doesnt carry. The trees always arrive in great health and theyre the perfect size for one person to plant and get established (particularly if you plant in the fall).
