Never in my life have I found a company who is so caring about their customer satisfaction. Sales Department representative Jodrick is so helpful in helping with selections for my region. Customer Service Lisa was very responsive when I wanted to check an order. Not only is the shipping great, the care of the plants come where you can print the instructions. From flowers to fig trees I have found my supplier. I Live in Huntsville Texas. Wow I have read some of the negative responses. Sounds like the shipping company is at fault. We have had nothing but great handling.
I have ordered 12 of Thuja Green Giant more than a month ago to plant them through my fences for privacy. The trees arrived healthy. At least they were all green and they looked healthy. We planted them as they are instructed. Now, it has been a month and 2 of 12 trees are already dead. They dried despite of well care. And one of them doesn't look healthy anymore. I wish I bought them from homedepot, or walmart, I would return them without any problem. I don't recommend it and I will never do it again.
Was purchased as a housewarming gift for my daughter... its been called the Charlie Brown tree. While I laughed I was embarrassed to give it as a gift.
So excited to get this tree but after a few weeks it looks dead. Trying to be hopeful that it will take a turn for the better.
So far, so good. It's a little early to know how the tree will do, but it appears to be O. K. The review should really come a couple of months later.
I ordered, figured it would take close to a week to arrive, NOPE, my order arrived in 2 days! Before my daughters birthday! I opened the box to find the most healthy plant I've ever ordered! Lots of green leaves. I had to scramble to get a pot and everything needed to plant it. My daughter was so excited when I gave it to her. I will be ordering again!
Great experience with ordering, and the trees came in a few days. They are just one stick each, but have a good amount of leaves and are healthy. I would order again from this website for sure!
That was my review. The cyprus are happy and the spruce is happier. The will cant decide if it likes its feet that wet. The apple trees are budding and going well.
Website was easy to use and delivery was fast and smooth. Wide variety of products to choose from. As long as the plants survive, I will definitely use again for future orders.
I ordered Meyer Lemon and Key lime trees and also Cold Hardy Avocado and Hass Avocado. All trees arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

My trees arrived with damage to one of them. I contacted by email and they shipped me a new tree within a week. Very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend!
The tree arrived totally intact with all of its leaves fully alive and healthy. It was planted the very next day after it arrived and not even one leaf fell. After two weeks the tree is still very healthy and full of life. Still waiting to watch it grow... guess that takes a little time, though... patience, patience!
The experience was good. Trees arrived looking great and were the size that was advertised. Packaging was excellent as well. We will be doing more business with Fast-Growing-Trees in the very near future.
I was just ordering some trees, they have done a great job. Wish they were local. Can't wait for them to arrive. They should add some color to the cold grey springs we have in the Northwest.
I discovered FGT about 2 months ago and liked what I saw in their selection and none bare root trees which Ive always bought for the last 20 years.
So I decided to order 4 trees.
But at that time at checkout there was a problem accepting PayPal with which I by all my gardening supplies.
I called Customer Service and found out they were having some problems accepting PayPal. They worked with me diligently over the next 3-4 weeks.
Finally success!
I immediately went to FGT and ordered 4 different varieties of trees, Granny Smith, Contender Peach, Melody Plum and a Pomagrant in two separate orders.
In one of the orders I forgot to apply the code to receive free shipping. I immediately emailed CS about my problem. This morning I received my reply regarding my mistake. CS corrected my error by crediting the $47.97 shipping charge.
Just unbelievable Customer Service all the way around, thaks Pam and Wonyae for helping in a very timely manner.
My trees ship on Monday and I cant wait to get them get them planted.
I will say that do to the great selection of trees and outstanding Customer Service I will continue making all my tree purchases with them.
Im already planning to order 4 more trees next year!

Package was open one staple on box crushed plants and for what I paid fast growing trees the price was way out of line for the product small cutting, and did not fill the full order completely very disappointing next time will use a different vendor, the 10 trees that came measured under 9 it looked like Pickens with root hormone for the price this was a total rip-off.
The tree came in relatively good shape. It's been planted. Our Spring has been pretty mild compared to the rest of the country. Still a waiting game if the tree will take off or not.
