One of the camellias I purchased is doing well, however the other one seems to be failing. I have cared for them equally, so perhaps the failing bush already had problems when it arrived. This is disappointing.
Both of my trees came well packaged and extremely healthy. Both trees came with fruits already. I was able to save 1 peach and 4 plumes on my cocktail tree and they are growing fantastically! My cherry tree also has a few cherries on it and I was able to mature 3 of them. Extremely happy for having fruits immediately. Cannot wait until next year when the trees are all settled in the ground and will produce much more fruits.
I ordered three trees one died. Tree were small Ordered trees from another place they were all bigger and half the price. They all Lived
One tree is doing well and the other is struggling. This may be my fault as I was unable to transplant them promptly after there arrival because of weather.
We needed something more than a 6ft privacy fence...
Our trees were quick to ship, packaged very well, and in great shape when they showed up.
They seem to be accepting their new home and we look forward to seeing how quick they grow, and watch our view of the neighbors turn green... ;)
I purchased a lemon tree from Fast-Growing trees. The shipment was misdelivered, I called and spoke to a representative who was very personable and apologized for the lost shipment. He spoke to his manager and arranged for a replacement tree to be sent. I was very happy with the customer service I received. I plan to buy more trees in the future and see myself doing business with Fast-Growing Trees for years to come. Thank you!

Weather was crazy when my small trees arrived. They were packaged nicely with a lot of care. I planted them as soon as I felt bad weather passed. About a week later. We live in Ohio. Well, guess what it snowed twice then frosted. But they survived! Growing very nicely and beautiful green thugas. Thank you! We will be ordering more when we finish our back yard.
If there is any problems which can happen with living product they respond and resolve it immediately.
I was skeptical about buying trees online that I couldnt see. My skepticism was put to rest when the trees arrived. And it helps having the year warranty just in case.
The fig trees were much, much smaller than Id anticipated but are healthy and thriving. There were a few weeks of shock with some of the others but all are now getting new leaves and starting to grow.
Follow the planting instructions! I did and Im looking forward to years of beauty with my trees.

The customer service at Fast-Growing Trees is phenomenal. I was contacted by them after receiving two trees that weren't in good shape. They went far beyond what I could have expected, and offered several options for replacement or refund. The customer service rep was extremely helpful, and I'm more than satisfied with their service. The other trees I purchased are all doing great and growing fast! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Tree is very small, they were coming almost died, they lost the future customer
Never buy again of the site
We ordered 6 trees 3 oaks and 3 magnolias. The trees were shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. All trees have been planted and seem to be thriving. One magnolia seems to still be in shock but I have associated some of that to extreme heat we have had lately. Very pleased with our purchase and plan on ordering more trees.
Ordered my wisteria and received it promptly. It was so healthy, planted and is growing beautifully. Can't wait for it to start flowering. Think I shocked it a bit when planting, stopped growing for a bit, but it's coming back. Think the root food helped a lot. Hope to buy another one next year.
Ordered 3.2 came with broken branches. The third one looks great. 2 have been replaced at no charge. Very satisfied.
One of our two plants (the bigger and more expensive one) was damaged in shipping and is having a tough time coming back from it.
I've ordered multiple trees here on three occasions. Each time a few have died, but that's probably to be expected given the trauma of transport and replanting.
Overall the vast majority of trees survived and thrived.
20 pieces of branches with a few roots... that is what I received... I was expecting a 20 healthy plants... that is what Pam promotes on the web..
I ordered 4 different fruit trees early this spring and now 2 months later they are putting out new growth and thriving. I bought 2 other fruit trees about the same time from a different nursery and both of those trees are now dying. I will only purchase my trees from Fast-growing Trees from now on!
