Boxes were demolished. Trees broken, soil dislodged from containers and only held near roots by plastic bags. Currently sitting outside near planting spot to determine if they will survive.

The box had big markings to keep vertical but it was laying on our porch flat and dirt inside pots was half out; one plant needed to be returned.

It came ok overall, but some leaves were damaged and seemed like damages from bugs. After I trimed all damaged leaves and gave it fertilizer, now it's growing and gaining new branches, even a little fruits already!
I spoke to a rep 2 weeks after placing initial order, she checked for me and couldn't locate the shipment. She quickly ordered a replacement order for me free of charge, and I got my trees in 2 days. There is even a baby fruit on the tree when I received it!
The tree was packaged well and received in good condition.
