The plant appeared healthy when received, still doing well in the ground after one week
I got the trees a couple of weeks ago they were shipped 2 days after ordering I'm just hoping it wasn't too soon to plant we still have below freezing temps.
Tree arrived, extremely small, much smaller than anticipated. Will not purchase plants by mail again

I got my plant about 2 weeks ago and it arrived looking healthy. I haven't re-potted it yet to give it a chance to acclimatize in its new surroundings but it is still looking healthy and sprouting new leaves. So far so good!
I really like the customer service, in shipping quality plants, at Fast Growing Trees. I have placed several orders with them and they always arrive on time and in excellent condition!

We've had a pretty bad experience so far with Fast Growing Trees. ABout 1 out of every three things we've purchased either failed to thrive, was DOA, or died soon after. We had purchased the warranty, but it's a replacement guarantee, not a real warranty, so we have to use the money to buy something from FGT.
The first thing that died was warranted. The warranty paid for something that died. That warranty... well, you get the picture.
We finally had $119 that we needed to spend or lose. We spent it. Wish us luck.
In any case, we will not be purchasing anything else from Fast Growing Trees.com.
(Oh, and the "fast growing" Thujas we purchased in December 2020? They may have put on an inch since then.)

I love to grow plants and I am looking forward to buying more.
I ordered 2 plants earlier this year for our home. One plant arrived with damage to the top half or the other plant rolled on it for 3500 miles.
Anyways, A replacement was quickly shipped, but hopefully it will arrive in better shape. It's shipped, but on a slow boat.
We'll see!
I ordered trees in January which was no problem because i thought for sure it said they would deliver after April 10th. The trees showed up already and I'm not ready to plant and I'm scared they will not make till I'm ready to plant when it gets a little warmer.
Ordering from the website ws easy. Trees arrived well grown out and easy to plant. Looking forward to see how they do in spring

Tress came with very few leaves and since more have fallen off... I have t seen any news growth yet... a bit worried about their survival but will post a review in a few more weeks once I see that the trees are thriving or dying
We're so very sorry to hear this! It seems as if your trees are still trying to get acclimated and shake off the stress/shock from transit. Give it a few weeks and you will be able to see the new growth coming out!

The trees arrived with a reddish-brown tinge on the tops of the trees. I planted them within a few days. (there were 24 trees). They have been in the ground for about 2 weeks and they seem to be doing OK. None of them have turned brown or keeled over. They have been getting rain every few days in the last week. I am hoping for the best.
We needed to replace tress when taking down dead trees on our property. It was very helpful to be able to buy trees online and get them delivered especially at this time of year. So far the trees are planted and doing well.
