Looks healthy. Arrived on time. We can not to see it growing in Spring!
Having heard good reviews about Fast Growing Trees I ordered a Braided Ficus for my sister for Christmas. Within a couple days it began to look bad, portions of the tree turning brown. Not losing a few leaves or yellowing, but what looked like parts of it dying. When my sister informed FGT about this, the response was to perform a scratch test to see if it was dead or alive and if still alive it would recover. Not what I wanted to hear. When I give someone I love a gift I want it to bring joy, not an eyesore while it takes however long to "recover." The product represented to us was healthy and green and beautiful. This looks like something I would want to hide! I remain confident FGT will resolve this but so far am not happy with customer service response.
From start to to arrival everything went so smoothly. Ordering was a breeze and when I got my beautiful lime tree, it was wrapped expertly and securely. I am so thrilled and it is thriving. Kudos to your whole team everyone included. You made Christmas wonderful for me!
Received a kit for giant seqouia and rainbow eucalyptus and I am currently waiting for them to germinate. They are small kits and don't take up a ton of room, perfect for beginning a long-term hobby.
I got this as a gift. Arrived quickly and they loved it.
I placed an order for black walnut trees and the items arrived promptly. Appear to be healthy. I planted them and will wait until spring to find out if they survived. If they do, I will place more orders this coming spring from this company as I am very satisfied with their customer service.

Possibly plant is dormant but without growing instructions recipient is likely to throw it in the garbage because she has no clue what to do with it or how to grow it.

I was out of character and not at all nice. I had 2 contacts with fast grow checking my order. Again I was very rude, Both persons were unbelievably professional. After calling and apologizing to a manager I see where her staff gets the professional attitude. I will only buy my plants and products of that nature from fast grow! My wife now has a very long list of items.
Delivery was slightly delayed did not arrive by the 2 day posted time frame but the product was excellent
The tree was delivered and is beautiful! It will be given to my mother as a Christmas gift!
Everything was as described and on time. Hopefully the tree grows and I have a shade tree in about 4 years.
The tree arrived as promised, and it looks good. I have it in the ground now but will have to wait until spring to see how it grows! One complaint - the upper branches of the tree were clipped to make it fit in the box. It worries me that this will change the ultimate shape of the tree but the tree is young and this may not be the case.
I received the tree in a very timely way, and it was in great shape!
I purchased a 1-2ft Easy Peel Clementine tree a few weeks ago, and it seems to be doing well. I live in USDA zone 7, so I have the tree indoors under a grow light for now. It arrived with a chalky coating on the leaves, but I was able to wipe this off using a vinegar-water mix.
Tree turned up in good condition and in good time. I've planted it (at the end of autumn which is not ideal but unfortunately that's when I was getting my landscaping done) and I bought the insurance so if it doesn't come good in spring I am covered.

I was really excited to get my new trees - an Avocado and Pomegranate, plus Ginger. The Avocado plant had its leaves turn purple on the underside within days. I had let the tree acclimate for about four days. I was able to google about it and determine the tree needed phosphorus. I have since placed the plant in a large pot with amended soil and it looks much better. The ginger plant looks dead and there wasn't much in the way of directions for the small Pomegranate tree. I assumed it would come with sufficient instructions, which are available on the website. The customer service is very good and the trees were packed well. I will wait and see what will unfold. Wish me luck or better yet really good information on tree care.
The tree I received was nothing like the picture in the ad. It looks small and scrawny. For the price I expected better.

I ordered two trees. They both came in the same very long box and were extremely well packed. Both trees turned out to be bigger than I expected and were clearly quite mature, so I felt like I got a very good price for trees that were so well established. Both were in excellent condition, still moist, and with no damage. I only wish I had room for more trees as I'd like to order from fastgrowingtrees.com again!
My ginkgo tree arrrived safely and in good condition. Only one broken twig. Got it in to the ground in a good hole with root packet right before a good rain. It looks fine, so far... Eager for spring.
We're so sorry to hear that your tree is struggling! A lot of times plants need some time to adjust after shipping and then they'll begin to put out new growth. We assure you that if your plant continues to decline in the next few weeks, we'll replace it for you!
