Ok. Smaller than I thought they would be for the price
Delivered quickly. Still looking good, can't wait to plant.
This was a gift for my brother who lives in the Chicago suburbs. He received the fig tree around 2/15, however the planting time is beginning of April. Shouldn't the tree have been delivered closer to the time he could safely plant it outdoors?
It looks like your order was marked as a gift so in this case we ship out right away. The plant is covered under our dormancy guarantee so just let us know this Spring if there are any issues with it leafing back out and we'll cover it 100%!
Thanks to Diane S for shipping the replacements fast.
I surprised when I saw my tree. It is very beautiful and strong, and it has some flower buds.
How wonderful
I placed my order a couple of days before the ice storm hit Texas. Needless to say, my package got stuck half the way in some storage building or truck for 10 days at subzero temperatures. I was certain I was going to receive a dead frozen tree. Storm is over, life is starting to come back to Texas, and lo and behold, my 7ft tall tree was delivered in pristine conditions! Not a single scratch to it, not a single broken branch, alive, healthy and pretty happy! The potting mix still moist! I don't know what sorcery they used while packing my tree, but it worked really really well :) This was not my first purchase from FGT, and will not be the last.
I receive the star fruit tree dead. There were only a few dried leaves left. It probably went through freezing weather coming from East Coast during cold weather condition. Customer service is telling me the tree is dormant but I can see it started drying. Star fruit trees are evergreen definitively should not lose all of their leaves. It does not look that this company back plant warranty up.
We're very sorry to hear about your concerns! This particular tree will go dormant in colder temperatures so what you're seeing is normal for this time of the year. We have reached out privately to help out further with your tree!
Tree had dead leaves on both trees, hard dead branches, just waiting if they come back to live! Shipping and cold weather back east might be the problem! I'll find out!
We're so sorry to hear how your trees arrived! We have reached out privately so we can get some photos of the plants and assist you further!
Everything was packaged just perfect! Fast shipment!
Our trees got stuck in a FedEx warehouse due to a snow storm in Texas, I was worried about them, but they arrived with only a little yellowing on the tips. Once the weather was better and they had some sunlight, they looked great! We planted them, I can't wait to see them grow!
We ordered 10 trees all were healthy when they arrived. We planted them and are monitoring their growth progress.
Happy to have found the trees, roses, and plants I wanted here after not being able to get them at local nurserys. Surprisingly quick and efficient shipping! Disappointed in some of the quality of my knockout roses which broke off during shipping- I didn't think they were packaged as carefully as the trees or my lavender plants either.
Hoping that they still grow and do well, have them all planted and hanging in so far.
My first shipment was unlucky enough to get stuck in a freezing fedex warehouse due to the snowpocalypse that happened last month. As soon as my plants arrived I snapped a pic of the poor lifeless passionflower vine and sent it to fast growing trees customer service. They responded within the hour with an apology and a confirmation that a new vine was being shipped immediately. So happy with their service and all the plants I have bought so far have been beautiful, vigorous and healthy, including the replacement passionflower that arrived yesterday! :)
When I had ordered my purchase, a Meyer lemon tree I had bought the insurance for a year. After several days of not receiving a shipping update I called and was told that my order was delayed due to my growing zone. This tree was a 50th birthday present for my wife. When I called it was stated that it would not ship for several more weeks. I mentioned that nowhere in the ordering and purchase process was I prompted with a delay in shipment. If I had known that I would not have purchased due to the delivery restraint. I was told that you could ship the tree but it would void it's 30 day guarantee. I reminded the associate that I had purchased insurance on the tree. She told me that she could ship it but if the tree died in the first 30 days it would not be covered, but if it died after that, it would be covered. I explained how this did not make logical sense. You then agreed to ship the tree under warrantee. Luckily the tree arrived one day before the birthday.
The tree is living and it's leaves are green. However most of the foliage is damaged. Almost every leader has a sliced cut. Hoping that née growth will replace this as it is not the most Aesthetically looking tree at the moment.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Once the zip code is entered on the website to search for your growing zone, it will indicate on the site that the product will be delayed due to your growing zone. Again, we are so sorry that this was not more clear when ordering! We're also going to reach out about the concerns with your tree!
We received our two flowering plum trees exactly when expected. We planted them as directed almost immediately. It's now been about a month and they are doing fabulous, starting to leaf out. Can't wait to see how they're doing at the end of summer!
My tree arrived 3 days later than scheduled and was frozen when it arrived. Waiting now to see if it will recover, especially since it has lost all its leaves.
Researched the site. All was easy to navigate and made choosing so easy. Order arrived in less than a week in excellent packaging and great condition.
A beautiful tree arrived to us in good shape. We appreciated the notes on the care and planting procedure.
We are hoping for the best now as spring approaches!
Upon receiving my Leland Cypress tree I immediately contacted customer service to let them know my tree was damaged. The root ball hardly had any development. Also it had oranging of top and some dried out branches in middle and the rest of the needles look very sparc. Customer service just gives you the runaround the wait and see approach. Well I have had my 2-3 ft. Leyland and it only has gotten worse. I requested a replacement and have not heard back from them since.
We're so sorry to hear about your experience! Its very common for evergreens that are exposed to the colder elements to show some discoloration and bronze during the winter months. They green right back up nicely once it warms up so we recommend giving them some time before replacing them. We assure you that if the tree does not green back up then it will be covered 100%.
When I received that tree, I noticed that it had been too tall to fit into the box, so the top 8 inches or so was turned down... and of course it broke off. At this stage in its growth, I certainly did not want to top it, but what's done is done! Other than that, the tree is planted and in a short time is showing new leaves and growing fine.
We're so sorry to hear that your not completely happy with your plant! We're reaching out to see what we can do to help!
