I thought shipping would occur autmatically after the freeze warning period for my zone had ended, but the plants shipped right away. I didn't think to make sure they did not come before I could safely plant them.

I understand that weather circumstances are out of our control, but after seeing the extensive cold damage and long delay of the delivery, customer service told me to wait 3-4 weeks to see if the tree would recover. After only a few days the tree looked horrible and almost completely dead with brown stems. Follow up with customer service (different rep) and I was able to get a replacement since I was within the 30 day replacement window. If I had waited the 3-4 weeks like 1st rep said, I'd have fallen out of the replacement window and would guess my request for replacement would have been denied.

I ordered several tree verities from FGT and thought that my order wouldn't be shipped until the last week in March. I was a bit surprised when I received an e-mail informing me that my trees had already shipped, a month and a half before I was expecting them. I called customer service and they where incredibly knowledgeable about my order and the trees. They put my fears to rest about shipping the evergreen citrus trees in the cold, and sure enough they arrived looking beautiful and my blood orange has already put on a ton of blooms. I also loved the easy to use site. It made selecting the varieties for my climate, and pollination easy.

I ordered a lime tree for my sister for her birthday and it was delivered quickly and was in great shape! Even had to be delivered during and ice storm in Tennessee which slowed it down a bit but the plant still arrived healthy looking and in a timely manner! The flowers even started blooming mere hours after delivery!

Fast shipping. The tree was in outstanding condition and health. I look forward to enjoying the flower fragrance this spring!

Because of the snow storm at the time I ordered, I didn't think it wood survive shipping. I was nice and healthy when I received it.

I ordered a West Coast Oak tree to plant in memory of young man gone too soon. The tree arrived in great condition and we look forward to planting it along with the remains of the deceased. I plan on ordering some fruit trees in the very near future assuming they can ship them to California.

They were delivered alive and in good shape. They are planted and are living.

I bought about 7 Leyland Cypress trees from fast growing trees about 3 years back... most of them are doing fine but one of my tree slowly started turning brown and it basically killed the tree, I am noticing the same trend with another tree too. I replaced one just recently but not happy that the trees are turning brown one after another

A great way to get trees that are not found locally. The trees we have ordered over the past two years have arrived promptly and in good shape for planting. We are very satisfied with the products provided by Fast Growing Trees and will buy from them again.

2-3 feet tall. Ordered 10. Super easy to plant and mulch. Will keep moist and send pix when they are established and growing!

I was happy with how fast they came but they were packaged horribly. The top branch of my cold and hardy was smashed and bent under the base of the Has avocado tree. It lost quite a lot of leaves but is starting to recover. The cold and hardy even has a few flowers on it.

Beautiful little tree. We will see how it goes as it grows.

The buying process and tree sizes were Great! We bought the one year guarantee and a few of our trees looked beat up, they replaced without a problem! So here's to them growing and producing fruit!

I found exotic and relatively rare variety of Lychee tree. I also purchased a grape plant. I was concerned because the grape plant has not broken dormancy and so it looked dead. I was concerned that my 30 day warranty would expire before it started putting out leaves and signs of growth. The company asked me to do a scratch test and they stated in writing that if necessary they would extend my warranty. They got back to me in under a few hours of my contacting them via email.

Plants were tiny sticks. Sent pictures to customer service and reply was machine like. Wrote back again and got same response

At first I was worried because I only received a stick with rooted, but I am so very happy with he tree. They are healthy a growing beautifully.

This was my second tree, my first tree did not make it, but fastgrowingtrees process to recoup the dead tree was quick and easy and I was able to get the kv flowering plum tree. It arrived looking very healthy, I got it in the ground about a week and a half ago and it seems to be taking really well. Beautiful blooms are all over it and I'm excited to see them and watch it grow! This is a great company that works to make the customer's experience a great one. I'm well pleased.
