I ordered a little miss figgy it arrived with the truck split and half. I emailed them pictures and they replaced my little miss figgy. The second one came in perfect condition! So beautiful. Thank you for replacing right away.

I ordered two hardy windmill palms from fastgrowingtrees.com in the 3 gallon size. The only ones I could locate in my own state were much larger and more expensive. I read great reviews of this site and figured I would give it a chance. I was happy to see they shipped in a couple of days, and looked forward to their arrival date. I followed along with FedEx but they never showed any movement of the package during the week, and when the eta day arrived, there was no package. By evening FedEx changed the status to pending, and there it sat with no further info for days. When they arrived 8 days late, the palms were dry, yellowing and the soil was out of their pots, roots were exposed. I soaked them and planted them the same day, and am hoping for the best. I blame FedEx not fast growing trees, but still...! I have pics to verify if I need to make a claim on them but I am hoping that TLC is all they need now.

I ordered 5 wax myrtles and a magnolia, and though the boxes were clearly marked to lie flat, they had all been dropped up standing on their ends. This meant 3 of the 6 trees were upside down. Dirt was escaping the pots, and many little branches were broken.
Worse, the wax myrtles were not what I expected. They have a much smaller and slightly serrated leaf than the standard wax myrtle that I was expecting. I don't think that they will grow as tall as the standard version.
There didn't seem to be a way to get in contact with the company, so I have planted them anyway. Maybe they will surprise me.

We have had several trees delivered from fast-growing trees. We have multiple fruits available to our kids while they play because fgt taught me how to plant the trees and keep them healthy.
I was disappointed in the tree I was given, I will go elsewhere with future purchases.

I ordered the 1Ga. Pomegranate, it arrived looking all dead and stuff. I kelp it in the same container it arrived in,
And watched it grow and come alive. Can you believe it has leaves on it already and growing fast. I give it rain water,
And keep it in the sun, outside. I am a happy fellow.
I ahve bought lots of plants from this company, and have been relitvely happy w almost all that I bought. They have all done fairly well in my yard-- until I bought the Ice Cream Banana Tree, that is. Long story short, the tree died about five months after purchasing it, but I was relieved to remember that I had bought the warranty w this plant. I quickly contacted Fast Growing Trees on five different contgact emails over time, and in each email I described the problem and sent not one, but a seperate picture of my dead Ice Cream Banana tree. This was over a period of a full month. I never ever received even a "Im sorry about your plant" email, much less the replacement plant that I paid for in the warranty.

The services is great and fast delivery. However i grade this 3 star due the items I has order is Miracle berries is dead the leaf is dried in 1 week. I've Google about miracle berries can watery by rain water. But the instructions don't show. I live in Texas and we barely has rain. So the miracle berries is not survive.

The trees are dormant, so it will be a bit before they show signs of life. When they arrived the wind was gusting to 40 miles per hour so I waited to plant them until it was calm We have had better weather so it looks like all is well. They were packaged well and I was pleased with the height(6-7ft). My husband is a nay sayer. He believes I will never harvest a pecan, because squirrels will get them first. I hope he is wrong! Haha
Tree was much scrawnier than I expected. Not sure I will even bother putting it in the ground after spending $150 on it. Not like to use this site again.

I ordered a Key Lime and a Coral Bark Japanese Maple. Both arrived quickly and are very healthy looking. Looking forward to watching grow on my deck.
