I've used Fast Growing Trees twice now and both time I have been extremely satisfied with the product they have sent me. My dwarf banana trees from last year are doing great and so far so good on the cherry trees I got this year. Thanks!

Although the tree came earlier than I would have liked for my zone, I was happy with the quality of it.

I received an email saying a plum tree I ordered was being shipped. 1 week later I saw no action on FedEx tracking. Through email I informed Fast Growing Trees of the issue and they said they would ship a tree right away. Four days later I saw no action on FedEx tracking so I called. Turns out they did not have my tree in stock and they are get it from another supplier. It is supposed to ship today, almost 2 weeks from the original notification ship date. I wish they would have just told me they did not have the tree and I would have known what to expect. I have not received the tree yet and I am not sure that I will shop here again.

Not only were the trees exactly as described, they were not shipped to me until it was safe and appropriate to plant them in my zone. Great service, lovely trees.

Shrubs were delivered in excellent shape and are doing well. I am very satisfied. Little expensive and you have to purchase a warranty. That disappointing. Lowe's guarantees for a year.

This was the easiest experience for me. I hated going to nurseries because I was always made to feel like I was wasting their time asking for so much help. The plants arrived with detailed instructions and already prepped for planting. Thank you!

I purchased two 6-7' trees to jump start my garden and a pepper plant. The same day I got notice that they shipped (and thus could NOT cancel my order), a promotional email was sent out for a free 1-year warranty on plants. I called customer service to inquire about a price adjustment. The customer service rep was very understanding and polite. However, her direct manger told her they could only offer me 5% off a future purchase. They mentioned their price adjustment period is only 7 days. I was at 14 days from order, but my plants had only just shipped that day. Since orders are shipped by grow zone, limiting the price adjustment from time of order instead of from time of shipment is poor customer service and doesn't align with many major retailers. So I gave 2 out of 5 stars for overall shopping experience.

The plants arrived in a large box yesterday. All looked healthy upon arrival and I put the two plum trees into the ground right away with some root stimulating hormone. Branches looked good, nothing broken. I did give them a good pruning once in the ground. Only concern was the state of the methley plum roots. They had clearly been cut off for shipment, and cut very short. There weren't even little root runners. All the dirt fell off when I removed the plastic and revealed the stubby, cut roots. I'm hopeful the root hormone will help the tree survive. The other tree had a full root ball with many roots which I would expect when buying a tree. The pepper plant had large green leaves, but the tree were put on top of it in the box so the pot was crushed and there was dirt everywhere. Had to repot it immediately. So 4 out of 5 stars for the plants as they were healthy and great size for price with just a few concerns over roots and if the crushing from shipment will cause any future damage.

The buying and shipping were fine, but I waiting to see if any of the plant will survive. It is 3/4 devoid of leaves and only one main branch looks like it might make it. It may come back, but I'm not overly hopeful.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the cherry trees I got today. Packaged beautifully and such healthy trees!

Requested my order to be canceled after I found out my neighborhood association would not approve the location of my evergreen privacy fence. It was made a little too late as the order shipped a few hours before they saw the request. They gave me the info to cancel the fedex shipment. After I had done as they instructed, they issued a full refund. This is going above and beyond as I would have understood if they subtracted their expenses. I will be purchasing from them once I get plans that are approved.

The plant looks so very healthy. And a good warranty too.

I have bought 7 trees and 10 lavender plants. All were very small and several damaged in shipping. I would recommend buying from a local nursery instead.

I ordered a fruit tree. The tree has 5 fruits grafted onto it. It came packaged with care and instructions that were easy to follow. The whole experience was so seemIess, I immediately ordered another tree.

I was told the tree would arrive on one day, and 4 days later it arrived, I was worried it would be lacking water because the lateness of it arriving. It was doing fine and even grew a new leaf within a few days

We received healthy trees that are doing really well! Overall a wonderful experience.

After I received my first shipment, one of the trees didn't do well. I called the store and talked to Julie. She recommended me to take a few pictures and submitted them on the company website. I did. The second tree was sent to me. I received it last week and planted them already. Whoever did the packaging for the second tree was awesome. The tree was wrapped perfectly with extra paper. The soil didn't stay intact, but it was much better than the last one.

Too early to review. Cannot yet tell if these trees will survive the condition they are in from the.
