Came packaged well and looked like in good condition.
We purchased 20 Thuja Green Gaint trees and they were delivered two weeks ago and one has already died. The others seem to be doing fine. Glad we bought the one year warranty.
I received my order, was surprised how well packed the trees came, except for one box that got damage. The plants were healthy, kind smaller then I expected for the size I paid for. One tree was not a good one, was disappointed, after writing to customer service I received a 10% off, did help a bit.
Was a ok experienced, not sure if I ever buy from then again.
Very please tree arrived relatively fast from a SC nursery, next day I planted its been a couple of weeks now and leaves buds are starting to sproud.
They were very great to work with. I had gotten a coupon with my first order to use on my next order and I completely forgot to put the code in when I ordered. I called them, little to no wait time if I remember correctly, and they put the coupon code in and I had my refund almost immediately. The trees were packaged wonderfully and they arrived in great condition. Thank you! Two of them are memorials for lost loved ones so they mean the world to me.
My trees are doing fantastic and show lots of new growth after only being in the ground a month.
FastGrowing had the variety best suited for my region. Plants arrived quickly and in excellent shape. A bit pricey, but worth the experience.
I received 2 June plum trees without leaf and branches. Both of them shipped to me just like the chopsticks. Never buy from you guys again. I wished I can post the pictures here.

Fantastic. Quick and amazing stuff. Great service and knowledge.
Wonderful selection of specimens. Shipping was as described and product was as well. However, the price was triple what can be expected at a local nursery or brick and mortar store.
Was very pleased with their response when one of my shrubs arrived very sickly. Called them and explained situation and sent photos. They immediately sent a replacement.
I ordered six drift roses. They were clearly smaller and placed in larger pots and charged me for the larger size. The result was a lot of loose dirt which didn't ship well and was a mess upon arrival. Not sure how many of the six will survive.
I bought a tree from fast growing trees. And I had questions for my salesperson Robin. Robin was incredible! She answered all my questions though they were many. And my lovely tree is now planted and beautiful!
I am glad I was able to send the gift of a tree to my friend. She really enjoys gardening and she said the tree was a wonderful surprise. It is already decorating her house, and it will be a reminder of our friendship.
Bought 2 Tulip Poplar Trees. Both didn't make it. Bought new trees from Gurneys. Dont waste your time and money.

Cannot rate right know just got and planted them I will rate you later
The seller said the plants would be inspected and healthy before they were shipped. I received a sick plant. I notified Fastgrowing Trees. There plant expert told me what treatment I should BUY to fix the problem with the plant. If I went to the store I never would have brought that plant home. When the plants in town go by there prime they are discounted 50% Then you can decide if the plant is worth the trouble and time to make it right.

The plant is very healthy. It was shipped with well packing. The plant arrived my home in excellent condition.
If you're a novice landscaper, even one who's smart enough to do some research before buying, purchasing plants online can be very deceiving. The site is very upfront in saying, "Photos are of mature plants/shrubs, etc.," and that's all they're legally required to do. The rest is up to you. But when you receive a shrub that looks like dead sticks in a pot, it's a little distressing, especially when you paid $50 for each one! I'd like to see THAT photo listed right beside the one on the site and another note that says, "This is what your shrub or plant will look like when you receive it."
This happened with the Hummingbird Summersweet shrubs I ordered. They literally looked liked like dead, brown twigs in a pot. They were very much alive, though, and after two weeks (in Florida) there are the beginnings of green tips on all of them, and I expect them to be beautiful this summer.
The same is true wrt to the Boxwoods I ordered. They are about 10-12" high and I was planning to use them to make a hedge along my driveway. I'll be able to do that in several YEARS, but they only grow a few inches a year. Shame on me for not knowing, and we planted them in another area where they look quit nice, but again, the site is misleading unless you are experienced in using any/each plant, tree, or shrub you order.
That said, we are reasonably satisfied with our purchase even though we spent $750 for nine shrubs. I did the entire front of our house and another large area that looks beautiful for less then $250.
So... buyer beware. Or... live and learn, right? That said, I may use them again in the future.:-)
Great company
Can't think of anything I would recommend to improve my experience
