My son gave me a gift certificate from these folks. I checked out the site and found something I would like to have. The website does not indicate how they ship, so I sent Customer Service, through their Contact Form, a note to NOT ship FedEx. FedEx and I have QOS issues and I won't have them on my property.

I made sure that the Contact info was clear about shipping FedEx.

They shipped FedEx, anyway. Unless they reroute it (and they have not yet made contact with me for an alternate destination) this tree will be returned to them from the FedEx depot.

Very satisfied with the products. Also it was shipped and arrived before the due date.

I purchased my red dogwood to commemorate the passing of our fur baby. I was worried how long it would take to do anything. 2 weeks after planting it. BOOM... leaves everywhere!

Overall good experience. Plants and trees were packaged and shipped carefully. Only one cherry tree is not looking good.

I received my first tree today. It was basically a 17 inch twig with a few leaves. All of the main branches were broken. This was a Santa Rosa plum. I am 75 years old and have been growing fruit for 50 years. I have bought trees from Stark Brothers and from local garden centers. This $79 tree was a disgrace to say the least.

I received it very wilted, sick looking and with spider mites.

My experience was excellent! And my tree is already blooming 2 weeks after planting!

Took advantage of the oversized tree sale despite what seemed like a hefty premium. After very delayed delivery, tracking showed the 3 trees had been stuck in a shipping warehouse over a week. I expressed concern to the nursery about the health of the trees. On delivery, a willow, though quite thin, seemed okay in its container. A crab apple was dry but was resuscitated with soaking though I was disappointed to find that there was no root ball in the container. I ended up planting what really seemed like a bare root tree that had been stuck in a plastic pot and covered. The thuja was very dry with brittle brown branches at the growing tips and throughout the top third of the tree. Asked for a replacement and was told it was "bronzing" due to harsh weather. Well, the bronzing would have been the overwintering at the nursery and still resulted in a non premium "no longer oversized " tree. Too much expense, too little service, unimpressive quality.

Product was in excellent condition. Great packing and fast shipping.

Web site was easily navigated. Delivery was quick. Products were well packed when shipped. My oak leaf hydrangea has doubled in size after two weeks in ground. Other items are loaded with buds. Will definitely order from this company again.

Not good and not very responsive to my problem when i called

One would expect a decent sized plant in a 3gal container. Unfortunately, the plant was the size of one you would see in a 5inch container. After waiting over a month for this plant, to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I ended up placing it into a 5 in pot.

Four of the six trees came in excellent condition. The Jefferson Hazelnut has a break 1 foot from the top I assume caused by shipping. The bing cherry looks very unhealthy at the pruned top. Dried out and only has one wilted leaf on it.
