My trees arrived in very good condition. Nicely packed.

The website is air old fashioned and one of the 17 trees ordered had 6" broken off the top on arrival. The freebie lilac looked really wilted. We will see if it makes it. So far, otherwise fine.

Tree arrived with top 12 inches of every branch broken off. Tree is healthy and I still planted it but it looks pretty scrawny.

This is our fourth time ordering from this site. One of the trees came damaged this time, and the company very quickly replaced it for us. Great service and great products!

The orange tree shipped with care. The package i received was a dry stick that one of the main branch had been cut off. Some of the leaves had been eaten by bugs, some of the leaves were broken, and spits on them that had started drying out. The base of the tree was white, and and seems as though I was shipped a stick with a few leaves. Not happy, not worth the price I paid. Truly disappointed.

The olive tree arrived on time but it does not look much like the photo on the website. It is thin in terms of branches and many leaves are dropping off. Many were also lost in transit. Hope I can nurse it to health.

I purchased a 3 to 4 foot tree.
Came home and found a 6 to 7 footer waiting on me.
Tree was shipped perfectly and very Healthy.

I ordered two knock out roses and a crepe myrtle. Both trees were packaged well and arrived healthy. I wouldn't hesitate to order more products from FastGrowingTrees in the future.

Peach trees poorly packaged. Half dead. The return guarantee os a joke. Replaced but pay shipping AGAIN and still got a dead tree. Don't waste your money on their trees

When my tree arrived it was dead. Last summer I bought a tree from hear also and it was soon diseased and losing leaves. I won't buy here again.

I purchased a ylang ylang plant a few weeks ago. The tree arrived with a good amount of leaves dropping in shipping. I always wait until plants are acclimated to repot. After a short time a 1/3 of the limbs started dying. Contacted Supplier and was told to send a photo and one of their experts would be in contact. No one has reached out to me as of date.

We just planted our arborvitae today. They looked good and healthy - strong root balls. I happened to notice that Lowe's had arborvitae for substantially less money, though. Other than the price, FastGrowingTrees seemed top notch.

The plants I was sent were carefully packaged and very healthy. I've already placed another order with them!

The trees were well packed and they arrived in perfect condition.

The last couple of plants I received have had damaged limbs and trunks. One broken tree was an original plant that I ordered, the second broken tree was the replacement. I have managed to nurse them back with no issues.

The first two trees I ordered were undersized. When I complained about it they immediately shipped two more trees, this time properly sized.

They did a great job keeping me informed of shipping status. The trees came packaged very nicely after they let me know they'd hold then until planting time. Can't wait to see the crape myrtles grow and bloom
