I requested a specific ship date when ordered based on hiring contractors to install trees. All trees were shipped and received late. I would suggest that the company be more sensitive in the future when shipping items. Items were shipped on 3/31 when 3/29-3/30 was requested trees were not received until 4/4 causing additional expense to install. Trees were received in good condition but amount of time to receive was unsatisfactory

The trees arrived quickly and as described. Both trees were planted within 2 days of arriving and after weeks are doing well and putting on leaves.

The avocado tree was well packed and in good shape. Now I have to see if it will grow. They have a great variety of trees and stand behind their trees.

I bought three cherry trees. When they arrived they were beautifully leaved out I planted them in my garden and from other trees I have bought you would think they had been there for a couple of years. They even bloomed. Maureen

Both plants were mostly covered with brown spots and leaves by the time they got here. I understand there's some browning leaves to be expected... but the whole plant... and BOTH plants. Come on now... just a waste of money.

My trees (2 Baby Giant Arborvitaes) arrived quickly and were well packed to keep them healthy in transit. I put them in the shade and watered them as directed and planted a few days later. They look green and healthy. These trees are hard to find and usually all you can find are the super tall ones which would be too big for my garden. I appreciate being able to find an appropriate tree for my zone and the scale of my garden. I live in a rural area and don't have access to a lot of nurseries with different varieties of plants and I don't want my garden to look like everyone else's with just another crape myrtle or Leyland Cypress in my garden (not that there is anything wrong with those!).

Would highly recommend to anyone! The plants came really healthy looking and have been thriving

My tree came in a timely manner and in excellent condition. I planted it a couple of days after it arrived. It's now been a couple of weeks and the tree seems to be thriving. Looking forward to the fruit when it begins producing.

Received my trees very quickly and they were in very good shape planted them three days after receiving them and they have grown well over the past 3 weeks would recommend and the will buy more from this company.

Ordered an olive tree and 2 banana trees. The olive tree cane in with a few broken limbs. But one of the banana trees came is with all broken leaves. And the tip of the new grow was broken too

I purchased a 1 gallon Blood Good Japanese Maple for $54 and it is just a twig/ small stick with a few roots. I found one at Home Depot a week later for $64.99 and it was 10 times the size of the one I received online.

I already bought a lot of trees. 2 died because of shipping in the cold and fast growing trees replaced them with no hassle. Then I ordered a very large order and 2 trees and a few plants were missing, contact them and they send me the missing ones with no problem. So buy with confident. Will order more later on.

My first experience with FGT wasn't the best. I received an orange tree that was heavily rootbound and needed some root pruning before planting. Within 2 weeks, the tree lost all of its leaves and never revived. I didn't realize that I could have reached out to customer service within 30 days for a replacement, but I had the 1-yr warranty and thought I'd see if the tree responded. Over the winter, I used my warranty and this time bought a smaller clementine tree that I think will be well suited to my sunny window. This tree had lovely roots and arrived looking very healthy. I also this time ordered a cinnamon tree that arrived in great shape.

I received a handful of gorgeous fruit bushes! One was broken in transport and I received excellent customer service as I was shipped another blackberry plant within the week for free! Definitely will be back!

I received a palm tree, it had travel shock, not looking good now, not sure if it will survive, they want me to wait, we will see

It said 3 different varieties on 1 tree. I got 2 peach and 1 plum. Customer service had every excuse in the book for a $200 tree, none of them were even reasonable. I even offered to send the tree back. My order was a total of $700. People spend that kind of money for a reason. I'll never give them a dime again.

My trees are absolutely beautiful! I had expected trees that were slightly smaller so was pleasantly surprised at the size. Shipping was a struggle. Both of my boxes were delivered upside down. I'm aware that this is not the company's issue so much as the shipping company, but it was a problem. One of my trees had not been cinched tight enough so when it arrived it had lots of exposed roots
