They sent me the wrong tree. I emailed them 5 days ago with pictures of what they sent me and still have not heard back from them.

First, I want to say that the Meyer Lemon tree I ordered is beautiful! It was packaged beautifully and arrived safely. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the website indicates shipments are shipped in a few days. I ordered my tree on March 27 and didn't receive it until April 15. I was getting ready to travel and wanted to be sure I had plenty of time to bet the tree planted. Thankfully I was able to do that.

The box showed up to the wrong house. The box with the dog wood and pom. Tree was damaged. The pin. Tree was infested with tiny black bugs all over it and I've treated it since and still have not been able to get rid of the infestation on it. I thought the tree wpuld be treated before arriving, I transplanted the second day after arrival and its been kept inside. All my other trees were fine this is the only one that has bugs. I've treated it since having it to try to kill/ control the issue to no success. I'm pretty disappointed.

Great and quick customer service, both online and via phone. Highly recommend and will order again!

I followed the directions, tree died instantly. A waste of a hundred bucks.

Last year the Flame thrower Redbud I ordered died & they were not available for the remainder of the summer. I was excited to be able to replace it this Spring. Do fare it is doing well.

I bought two 2-3 ft Tall maples. I basically received two brunces with roots a few roots. I was very unhappy, but I went to my local nursery and found two great sizes of trees for same amount of money. I would have returned the two tiny brunches I bought from you, but the return is not allowed for in insatisfaction of the product. So now I four trees, two trees and two little brunches that I doubt will survive.

Being the first time buyer, I ended up with large purchase (31 trees/$600) to avoid visiting local nursery during pandemic. The advertisement was good, ordering experience easy and website well laid out. Unfortunately other aspect that matters were not great. It further for complicated by FedEx delaying delivery by 3 days. The trees 1-2 ft were all barely 1 ft, the 3 ft weeping cherry had very unhealthy looking leaves and a supposedly/promotional ‘free' 1 ft Dogwood arrived as one stick with no leaves. Hence the end products (tree) were very disappointing for price I paid as even Costco and Local Lowe's carry better looking trees at better price. Our nursery's trees are much better quality for same price - no not sure I will ever buy from FastGrowingTrees again!

I was hopeful that all would be good, but my tree came with parts snapped off, and the leaves with very droopy and never quite recovered. The other plants I got were kinda the same but are trying to bounce back.

I ordered tree in March, but still waiting to be delivered. First shipment was never arrived. Tracked Fedex and they told me the box was empty without content, so its undeliverable.
I called customer service and nice lady answered phone and she helped me to ship my order again. Now I am still waiting for the delivery and hope I will get it. I will keep you posted. Its been a long wait

My plant was delivered when promised and arrived in great shape. Overall I'm very pleased and plan to order again very soon.

I ordered six trees, all of which arrived in one box. Easy website to use, with excellent information about the plants.
One of the six trees (well, saplings, really) lost some of the soil from its pot, so it was lucky it survived the shipping journey.
The trees looked healthy and are now in the ground; we'll see how they turn out!
Two primary concerns:
1. The trees were shipped a week later than promised. When I contacted Customer Service, they wrote that the trees would be shipped the following week, without explanation. I had placed the order about four weeks earlier, so I was eager to get them!
2. I think I read that the trees would be sent 1-2 day shipping. They were not. They were shipped on a Saturday and I received them on a Wednesday (they were originally scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday, but FedEx got them to me sooner). I wonder how many days they could survive in the box?
Also: my 1'-2' tall trees were all 1'. Not a big deal, but somewhat disappointing.
Will I buy from FGT again? Probably, as they offer trees unavailable at my local nursery.

I understand the perils of shipping, but I expected an excellent specimen of a 12" crape myrtle tree for $39 than what I got. It looked pathetic.

My adorable little plant arrived loosely packed on top of dirt with zero root structure. It's few straggly roots were resting gently on top of the pot full of dirt and fell right out and over as soon as it was opened. Transplanted it but don't have really any hope for survival.

Trees arrived quickly and well packaged. Hoping they will grow quickly as using as privacy.

Beautifully packaged. We planted immediately upon receipt. So far so good. Lots of water, lots of mulch.

My stepmom received a really nice healthy avocado tree and they were impressed. I recommend and would purchase from this place again!

We recieved our trees the other day just when they said they would be here. They were package great and just so green and beautiful when we took them out of the box. We planted them yesterday and am hoping for the best. They look great!

Package arrived expediently and the tree in good health. The only complaint was the company didn't follow instructions about "This side up" and about 5 inches of the top of tree was broken.

I was very happy when i got the trees i ordered! They were all placed very professional. I wondered how they were gonna manage to ship them but I got them and was ecstatic! They are all planted and doing very well! I recommend this place for any of your trees! Price was way better then any store I cld find!
