My order has two main products. The first one I received and it was great. The second I received a communication saying that was not available and options for replacement. I answer back, I sent 3 emails already and I have no answers about the rest of my order, if I'll receive something or even when I'll receive what. This lack of communication is terrible. I want an update and I can't get it.

I order 4 plants. They all showed up doing well and 1 week later they are thriving

The fig tree came intact, despite being left with all the plants upside down and on top of each other by the shipping co. The plants had been well packaged. On the large coffee plant every leaf had brown edges and tips and didn't look good. I was disappointed. Am waiting to see if I can trim the brown back after new leaves grow in. The small coffee plant looks much smaller than I had imagined. Will take several years to branch out.

Arrived quickly, packaged well, complete instructions. After 2 weeks in a pot, planted outdoors, holding up well. Only wish it was a little larger/ more mature (bought large size) for the money but is a good value for this distinctive Korean Lilac tree.

We would have liked to have been able to pick up our plants directly at the store. You are less than 7 miles from Steele Creek and we had to wait 3 days for delivery. The Rhododendron is blossoming beautifully, but the 4 Lilac bushes look frail after 19 days.

The trees arrived In very good condition. Packaging was very well done.

I'm currently still waiting for my order. I never received my trees or communication around where they are still waiting. Terrible experience. I'm shocked to be hearing anything from the company in the way of a review!

Some of the plants I ordered have come in great shape and have made the transition into the ground with ease. Other plants, I am assuming due to high demand, have not yet arrived. I used this company last year, had good results and it looks as though I'll repeat the experience this year once again.

My first time ordering live plants online, so I was a little hesitant. I ordered just one Royal Purple Smoke tree. It arrived in less than a week, and was well packaged and in great shape, so I went ahead and ordered two more. The next two arrived just as quickly and also perfect. The leaves already began opening up within days and I am thrilled to get them planted this weekend. Highly recommended!

Fast shipping, arrived in excellent condition. Exceeded my expectations. My plants were larger than I expected and were absolutely beautiful. Couldn't have gotten anything nicer anywhere! Am a customer for life!

Avocados died in freeze and can't be replace this year! No bigger citrus trees available either! There should have been precautions taken!

I ordered two Blueberry bushes. Both died quickly. They didn't look healthy upon arrival.
I contacted customer support and they took care of it. Sending me two new bushes. Customer service was kind and quick. You can't ask for much more than that.

We purchased 2 Gardenia trees. They were in great shape, well packaged and are growing well!

The tree was large and in great condition. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.

It's been over 3 weeks and only received 1/2 my order, still waiting on a $90 blueberry tree and there has been no communication other than a note with the first half of the order saying it will ship soon.

The tree I got must have been the runt of the litter. Pencil thin and suckering from the roots. Their competitors are doing a better job and that is where I am going to take my business in the future.

Every single order I've placed with Fast Growing Trees has left me pleasantly surprised with how nice and healthy the trees are. This spring I bought a peach tree and it even came with many baby peaches already on it! Let's just hope my new trees do well getting established this year so I can have lots of fruit harvests in the years to come.
