Tree came healthy took 2 weeks for new foliage to come back and is now going great full of all new leaves and new growth and arriving in a plantable sack instead of bareroots best way for transplanting will be ordering more trees for the farm now

I've ordered a lot of trees from FGT. About half didn't survive; root systems to shallow, arrived in poor shape, et cetera - yet there is no reward for repeat business

Website is awsome to use. Easy ordering. Loved the description given, very accurate and great array of pictures. Was leary about shipping a 6 foot tree, but was packaged extremely well and delivered safe. Will be looking to order again in the near future.

Trees are great, however the CONSTANT bombardment with spam emails from your company after a purchase is enough to make a guy never buy from you again. I bought one tree, and in the 2 weeks since, ive gotten like over a dozen emails from your company, seems like two or more each day trying to sell me more stuff. Dial it back a little.

Trees shipped promptly, arrived in great condition. I would love to order more of the tri colored willow once stock is replenished!

The Jack fruit tree arrived sick and dying. Called support nobody answers the phone. The only way to communicate is over their website fast-growing-tree.com. When I asked for replacement of another jackfruit tree, they ignored and kept telling to investigate its roots. I bought the jackfruit tree for my aunt's birthday in March. I am talking to my bank for disputing this transaction. Never buy anything from them again. These images we're taking 3 weeks after it arrived.

Received my shrubs, one rhododendron and one double knockout rose, packaged and delivered sideways in the same box.
Both were super healthy and filled with buds. ( Just wish they gave the scientific name for my particular rhododendron)

One question about one of my plant that is not doing good and it keeps giving same answer that the e-mail is received but never answer the question.

I bought a couple of plants in the end of April. Some of the plants were in not good shape from the begining, and I received one wrong order. I still waiting for replacement. After planting my plants some of the plants start dying. I contacted the customer service but they didn't help me a lot. For example my Sweetheart Blueberry Bush die and the said that after I pay for delivery about $20 I will receive new plant. W
When the original price was $29.95. Which don't make any sense. Additional my apples tree don't look healthy. They lost a lot of leaves.

Waiting to see how my plant does this year. So far so good!

This is the first time I've bought trees off the internet. They are doing very well.

The tree arrived promptly however it had many brown and damaged leaves. I expected a larger (the tree was about 24" rather than 3') and healthier tree considering the $89.95 plus shipping. With some care the tree will be fine though.

I followed all directions carefully, yet the tree just looks like a dead stick thrusting up from the ground.

We are trying to restore a property that was stripped bare. The trees we received came in decent shape and shipped quick.

Our cherry tree arrived in a box that was torn open and crushed. Our tree had no root base attached. I assume it was due to shipping. It has since gone into shock, lost what leaves were still attached, and no root base. I am surprised any leaves were attached but they were crumbled, shriveled or fallen off. I am so disappointed I have lost my money.

I bought a Princeton Sentry Gingko tree. The total price was well over $220 so it qualified fir free shipping ( plus and oversize fee of $7.99). My tree floundered about in Fedex's system for over two weeks. "Free shipping" means bargain basement " it will sit at fedex centers for days before it even moves. My tree arrived a dried out mess. I got it in the ground the same afternoon it arrived but right now, it seems to be struggling. If you are going to ship live items across the country the least you can do is choose a more timely shipping method... not just one that saves you a few bucks. Won't order from again.
