Ordered two trees. When delivered one has lost all of it's leaves. I called the company and explained that one tree look healthy and the other had been shocked. No questions asked and a replacement tree was sent immediately. Two tress doing well and the shocked tree which I had planted anyway is now producing new leaves and will probably survive. I would do business with Fast Growing Trees again.
8 look good. The two in rough shape might be my fault, as it was quite hot, and I had them close to a wall for a couple days.
Trees are about 18" high from the ground, and seem to be in good shape.
Received plants in not very good condition. Sent pics of plants. Did not hear back
1 tree arrived fine. The other not so much. They packed one tree base on top of the roses and crushed the top of the tree.

I ordered replacement trees for the very poor condition trees you sent the first time. Two trees plus other items I ordered such as dirt etc. we're all shipped in one box. I was home the day it arrived and opened it immediately. Unfortunately both trees were in sad shape. The dirt around the roots had spilled out into the box so the roots were exposed. Several branches were broken and the leaves were wilted. I tried to plant them anyway but to no avail. The other trees I bought the first time and did not replace right away have also died. I will never buy anything from this company again.

All but one tree is dead what a waste of money! I should have gotten them locally!

I have tried to send you pictures of the plant? I even spoke with someone and she gave me a email address to send them to, but I got a email back saying it was to full for my email to go through
I was looking for a weeping $#*! willow tree, which I had bought at Lowes a few months before and loved, but we moved so I wanted one at my new house. Lowes didn't have them in stock anymore but fast growing trees did! The tree took about a week to get here, and was so sad looking when it arrived. It's been about 2 weeks and you can see new growth. Hopefully it will do well. I wanted to cry when I opened it though, because it looked dead! Overall I would recommend because the tree does seem like it's doing well. But I did pay about $200 for the same tree that I bought at Lowes for $69. I just loved the tree. The Lowes one was healthy from the start.
We are so sorry for how your tree arrived! It sounds like it was going through some stress from shipping but if you're seeing new growth, the tree is beginning to bounce back and will be beautiful in just a few weeks!
I ordered a tree for a moving in gift. Fast Growing Trees by phone was very helpful. After a delivery went wrong because I gave a bad address, F. G. T's talked me through the delay in getting tree to daughter and assured me that the tree was likely to be healthy even with a 2-day delay. They assured me that if it was compromised, they would replace it. It arrived fine and all was right with the World.
The tree came immediately and arrived leafy and full. Planted it the next day. It has been raining most of the time in the last three weeks so it is very healthy. We love it so far.
We had an unusually cold spell last winter and two of my new trees didn't make it through. I contacted Fast Growing Trees about replacement and they were so kind and responsive. Within a week I had replacement trees at my door. I have recommended them to several of my friends and neighbors in my 55+ neighborhood. I will buy from them again because of their kindness and how quickly they stood behind their product.
Used fast growing trees twice. Plants arrived in terrible condition. I resuscitated the passion fruit and it's finally looking good. Not sure if the dogwoods will make it.
Everything should be 2-day max but I guess the business model is based on the cheapest possible delivery method. As the review title says. A week or more in a box is not good for plants period!

The leaves were damaged because of the high temperatures in transit.
I had ordered a fig tree and a kuamquat plant and they arrived pretty fast. Both the plants are healthy. They packed very well and shipped without any damages. Thank you and will definitely order again from you.
I needed a tree to replace one I had removed that would provide shade to a window of an office. I wanted one that would add color to a flower bed. I decided on a crepe myrtle and found the Arapahoe to fit my desires and needs

I bought 3 in 1 apple tree. It came in a long box - very well packed. We planted the tree after 3 days - it's been 2 weeks - it seems to be doing well. Can't wait for it to grow apples. I would certainly recommend it. I live in nc.
When you buy 2 trees and one isn't healthy... how would you describe your experience... POOR.
