For the money was paid for the tree, I did not realize I was getting twig

We received the plants with one of those snapped. This company re-sent both to us without any question and hassle. Thanks a lot

I received my order of 1 wisteria (looks great), 1 honeysuckle (looks great), and 2 hardy peacan trees that look like dead sticks placed in burlap and dirt. I still cared for the trees per instruction. They have been planted for over a month with no sign of growth/life. They still look like dead sticks in my yard. I reached out to Fast Growing online twice and received no response back. I also attempted to call, no response about the complaint. I even attempted to reply to an email that I received from them. I did get a repsonse to that email stating that I can't place a customer complaint to that address. I would sincerly just like someone to reach out about the issue of the peacans. I still have hope that they are alive and will show growth next year but I am unsure.

Ordering online was simple informative.
Delivery was quick with the tree coming healthy as described.
Only minutes and I had the prep done and the tree in the ground. Very happy with service, thank you for your quality!

The trees I got first were small and 3 dead but fast growing trees made it right and replaced them Larger healthier trees

I ordered palms from this vendor. The palms were great. Then I ordered Hamelias. The Hamelias were ordered twice. Two plants in each shipment. Both orders came in crushed. The plants are shipped two to a box, with instructions to lay the box flat. The shippers ignored the instructions, and the plants arrived with the box vertical. The top plant fell down on the lower plant, killing both.

My tree is doing beautifully had a lot of rain, so leafing out, and so pretty.

Tree arrived quickly and in very good condition, especially considering how hot the weather was. Highly recommend this company.

I placed an order online and received the fig tree on time. Planted it and it looks good. I think it will survive winter months (hopefully). I am pretty happy with the whole shopping experience. Thank you.

Customer service on the phone was good when planting but the tree looks dead after 1 week. Upset that I spent so much money for baby tree fertilizer etc

Great quality product that arrived within 2 days! Very excited to see these trees grow.

I ordered the 10 pack of Witchita Blue Junipers. They arrived promptly and I planted them the day they arrived. The small root balls were very loose in the soil and a little dry. Just over two weeks later they are still alive but very small. The Junipers are 3 to 5 inches tall. I expected a little more but if they continue to survive I believe they will serve my purpose.

My lemon tree was kinda pathetic and is not doing well.

The Raspberry bush was a little beat up when I opened the container.

I have ordered twice from Fast Growing Trees and both times I have been very pleased with the quality of the trees/plants and the speed of delivery.

The trees that arrived were very healthy and packaged well. I bought several varieties of trees and shrubs that I could not find at the local stores.

Contacted support again after 4 weeks of no improvement, support switched us to Alyssa who said we should have purchased the warranty and now it is passed 30 days so no refund.
Will not purchase from them again

Website was easy to use, shipping was fast, products showed up in good health and well supported in the boxes, but the one tree (guava) did get black spots and looked like it was going to die within a couple of days of carefully planting it, so the verdict is out...
I'd buy from them again, though!
