Unfortunately not a very good experience. I was at least hoping the plant would arrive somewhat alive, This was supposed to be a housewarming gift. Needless to say it was not.

Beautiful plants, packaged well, healthy, ready for planting. I will use the site again.

Plants ordered were shipped quickly and arrived as if they came from next door. Followed the directions on how to plant and care for and we haven't killed them yet, and thats saying something - the advertisement that FGT claims about toughening these plants up is true, at least to me. Our plants are flourishing, I get so many complements on them.

I was so excited to receive my Cold Hardy Banana Plants. Unfortunatly when I received them they were a lot smaller then I expected for the price I paid. Also, they were close to dead looking. I have planted them and we shall see. I am not sure I will refer anyone to this site.

I have bought a few trees from FGT and never had an issue. This last time one of the rose trees I bought had breakage to a few of the major roots. I did not buy the warranty because I know the risks of buying plants, but I did let them know the tree came damaged. They didn't even hesitate to send me a replacement. I will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

I was looking for another large purple fig tree to replace the one I had. So Delicious. And abundant with figs. One day is just keeled over at the roots. So sad. I took a chance and ordered a new one from Fast Growing Trees. I arrived in perfect condition. I planted and am watching it grow very fast. Already had nice figs when it came. Looking forward to watching it grow and waiting for my first taste.

Description is misleading. These are small plants not trees and are much expensive according to their size. After complaining I did get some discount. Customer service helpful.if they were good size small trees I will not complain.

I did not receive my hydrangeas And I followed all instructions and my lavender tree looks terrible

I was looking for a Weeping Cherry Tree to put on the corner plot of my yard. My neighbor recommended Fast Growing Trees, so I thought I would give them a try. My tree plus a few other items arrived in great shape. I planted the tree and came out in the morning two days after and a deer had practically snapped the tree in half. I repaired the "wound" of the tree with peroxide and tape and now it seems to be coming back. I contacted the company and they sent another tree which is now planted elsewhere in my yard. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish and would recommend Fast Growing Trees to anyone.

Every plant I ordered died, or became diseased. When asking their "plant experts" no one knew how to help. They could barely decipher if they had enough water or not. Buy local. I replaced everything with items from a local nursery and now my garden is doing great.

You could find better plants at a much cheaper price at Lowes but if you are looking for a plant you can't find elsewhere this would be the place to buy.

Fast Growing Trees really stands behind their products. FedEx dropped off my avocado tree on my porch upside down standing on its end. The tree gradually started showing more and more signs if stress over the next couple weeks, leaves turning black and dropping off. I reached out to FGT and they immediately sent a new tree. I love my little avocado tree. I hope this one fares better. The customer service if FGT makes me feel safe to order from them again and again. I wish all companies stood behind their products the way this one does!

Purchased the lemon tree as a gift. The tree arrived as promised and tracking the tree through shipping was an ease. The plant is healthy. Was in much better shape than expected. Leaves are full and have dark rich color. It's June so for the summer it will stay on the back deck. So far so good. Only had the tree for a month now but will definitely be a returning customer.

Horrible experience with this currently and in the past. It seems they just send horrible specimens knowing they cannot be returned easy due to size. 1 for 10 about on the trees or plants living. Totally unacceptable. I don't buy it that in 2 days of spring weather a tree will die. It's bogus. They send sticks i. E. no leaves sometimes no roots. Will NEVER use again. Also the free shippingis in the prices. Prices are astronomical for said sticks being sent.
