Paid Aug 8. By Sept 22 it's 45 days with no shipment or explanation. They asked me to wait 25 business days. On Sept 17 they promised to "investigate" and provide a firm ship date; no follow-up within two days. Replies were "I sincerely apologize," "I appreciate your patience," and a refund "if that is your preference," framed as my choice instead of addressing non-delivery. Item still listed as available. Misleading and unreliable; I wouldn't trust their support.

I purchased a watch for my husband's birthday and has it engraved for him. After a few weeks he noticed the watch was not keeping time. I emailed Treehut about the issue and they were very quick to respond and offer to send a replacement watch with the same engraving on it. I appreciate their willingness to make things right and will continue to do business with them in the future!

I found this watch while searching for something unique for myself. I do custom woodburning and wanted something to accent my interests. This watch is so comfortable and looks great!

I don't even thin a real person answers their warranty emails. Tried for 4 months to get a repair done.

I have been completely satisfied with the 3 watches I purchased over last 5 years and for the great customer service that kept me updated from time I placed my order to with in minutes of telling me when it had had been delivered.

Five years ago, I received a Treehut watch as a wedding gift from my wife. I receive compliments every time I wear it. I Fast forward to our five year anniversary, there was no doubt I wanted to gift my wife her own Treehut watch, which she adores as much as I love wearing mine. It's not just a quality piece of jewelry or a meaningful gift, it's a commitment by a company that not only cares about customer satisfaction but also cares about the environment the materials for these products are made, and betterment of the environment. Can't stress enough how impressed we are. Thank you!

My bought 2 watches for me on special occasions. Watches are beautiful but wood bands on voth watches broke just over one year don't you know it just out of warranty. Reached out to treehut for replacement parts for bands but was told they don't sale replacement parts but claimed that I could return watches for repair at 50.00 each. Rather high for a 20 minute job. I will not buy from this company again.

Received the watch and when I opened the box the watch was not running/working. Customer support ran me around in circles but not solving the problem until I decided it wasn't worth it and am sending it back for a refund (which I hopefully will get). I am really amazed at how poorly customer service is run. I've had a Tree Hut watch before and it only lasted about 2 years. Should have learned my lesson from that.

This watch looks so nice! It is made very well and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Delivery is very fast too! I would highly recommend

The watch is beautiful! I got it custom engraved, which was an extra added touch to make this more special. The quality is great and their customer service team exceeded my expectations, when I contacted them for help. I will buy from here again!

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful watch. My on our complaint is that the engraving on the back is tiny and hard to read. But other than that, it's a stunning watch! It's very lightweight too, which my fiancé appreciated. Would recommend.

Poor quality product. It arrived damaged, which makes me think it will not hold up to everyday wear as advertised. Shipping is unreliable as my first item was lost in the mail then delivered damaged. The company made me jump through hoops (send 4+ photos as opposed to the two I sent) then agreed to send a replacement, which has yet to arrive. I don't trust this company at all.

I ordered with them a few years ago, great products. However, unfortunately, seems like they became more and more deceiving to their customers. The website clearly says "Free Global Shipping For Orders Over $100", which is NOT true - I tried 5 different countries, all show 65$ shipping costs despite an order of > $200. Second, the discounts on the website are fake and not real, I observed this over multiple months. Third, the pseudo-countdowns on the website are fake. The support could not help me at all, they cannot even give you a list with the countries that benefit from free shipping, it seems to be just a false marketing claim.

Overall very disappointing company presentation, deceiving website and the customer support is either not allowed or they dont want to...Draw our own conclusions.
