Extremely good and helpful although I didn't get the discount I was trying to get online at the Allegiant website. I thought I would be paying approximately $170.00, I had to pay $260.00. Somewhat disappointed but, I appreciated the customer service I received from Travelopod.
The service I received was excellent, I would tell everybody I no to fly SouthWest. Llove there service..
Your booking agent Neil was very helpful in assisting me with my reservations on Jet Blue. I think you should have your software people change your reservation screen to read that if an airfare has changed in the middle of a passenger attempting to book that fare on line that it indicates that the fare has changed rather than stating that the credit number is incorrect. Very annoying..
Easy and accommodating! I'm going to visit my daughter in NY and I'm happy! That's all I have to say. God is good!
