Management swiftly resolved the dispute following the receipt of the complaint. I am happy that my dispute had been addressed and resolved very quickly, the same day from the management.
I booked a flight for two at 3800 dollars on travelopick. They immediately took the money out of my bank account. The gave me a confirmation number. Two hours later they said an extra $350 because the price went up on American Airlines. I refused to pay and requested a refund. I call back and they tell me the flight is booked sold out (after seeing same price on website again). I checked with American Airlines and there were 20 plus seats avaliable and American Airlines didn't change the price the attendant said. Let's see how long it takes to get the money back. I'll keep you informed. Advice go directly to airline carrier and you will get close to their bait and switch price.
As of right now I'm in the process of trying to resolve the issue. Linda reached out to try and get the process resolved. As soon as the process is resolved I will be back with another review.
Will not ever purchasing from any other travel agents Its better to book directly through the airline. This site is not helpful at all

There was not an easy way to register for a discount code. There was not a book now section on the website. Anyway- we finally got it booked by selecting a seat, paying extra for both ways. It worked out now.
Booked a ticket from Travelopick website. Once I paid for it, received following email. "Booking Id is 1XXXXXX, Booking Status - Confirmed - We've received your booking request and payment. We are processing your reservation with the carriers. This usually takes just a few minutes, but in some rare situations, it might take up to 24 hours to confirm your booking."
I had not received an email next day so, I called to see the status. They said the airline has changed the price, and that price is no longer available. We cannot honor that price. You have to pay the additional $178 of the difference. I checked their website while I was on the call and it still showed the same price that I booked the ticket for. I mentioned to the rep and she said their website has not been updated with the new price. I said you have to honor the price that you booked my ticket for. They just hung up the call. I called again, talked to different rep and as soon as I gave their booking id that person hung up again. I tried with different phone and asked for a supervisor to talk to, they hung up again. I called several hours later and talked to another rep, they said your booking has been cancelled and the refund has been issued. Then, they sent an email with the cancellation. I said, this is America. You have to honor the price that you advertise. They again hung up.
Today is third day and their website is still showing the same lower rate. It seems like that they advertise lower prices on their website and take a booking. Once it's booked, they say that the airline has changed the price, and it has gone up so you have to pay the difference. Don't buy tickets from them. I am not sure how their rating is so high.
I book a ticket from these asholes I was inside the airport I missed some information I being calling over an hour they never called because I was trying to do my booking online,when one Mr stupid finally answered he refused to help we ended up missing our flight I will make sure the government knows how these scammers are stealing the citizens money they're a bunch of idiots I'll make these scammers be on the News to become famous for stealing people's money
I recently traveled to Orlando. When I arrived at Delta they notified me that they do not accept Travelopick baggage fee of $74. I had to pay $30 each way. Travelopick stated they will issue a refund. Needless to say that hasn't happened and I've been ghosted by them. Never again. I do not recommend this company

Found a reasonable ticket. Price went up as we selected, so had to change flight times. Got a good flight for a good price. Had to pay each seat per flight. But overall not a bad deal.

I would still check with the airline's website first to see if you can get a good price and a seat assignment there, (which is a deal breaker for me if I can't be guaranteed to sit with my husband on a flight) before going to Travelopick. However, that being said, I must admit that Travelopick was very helpful and there was never a long wait to get a customer service agent on the phone ready to help. They understood what I wanted and did their best to get me the deal and particulars that I wanted. I've called a few times since I booked with them and they answered the phone immediately and were very helpful and I accomplished what I wanted on the same call. I felt that I got the same if not better price on airline tickets that I would have received at the airline's website. I was happy with the service I got. I'm hoping everything goes as smoothly at the airport on the day of my trip.
All the extra fees were confusing and irritating.
On the plus side, the site itself worked well.

Travelopick charged $74. For Baggage Charges and told me that my partner and I had paid to check one bag each. We had to pay American Airlines $60. Each for checking one bag each, because AA does not authorize any 3rd party business to charge baggage charges. Had to jump through too many hoops to request a refund from Travelopick. They also charged $197. To change my fight (two months ahead if time) from a Friday to the next day (Saturday)… Unbelievable! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
I would like to say that I am please with the recent turn of events regarding my booking with Travelopick because of the three free bags allowed us as senior citizens. Thank you!
This booking was frustrating because every little thing costs more $. I've never heard of having to pay for selecting my seats before.
Update: The company called to resolve the issue I had successfully.

First submission did not go through, so had to redo it. Not sure what the problem was, but thereafter, it couldn't have been simpler. Called because I didn't switch the gender, & wanted to get my Traveler ID # recorded. Travis was very helpful & kind.

Answer: They are both a scam and legit. They will provide you the service at a higher price than what you expect. For instance you see one price on their website. After you put all your information in including your credit card information. They hold onto that and then send you an email wanting you to call them, after you call them they tell you that the price has changed and you either agree to the price change or not. In my case I did not agree and wanted them to cancel my reservation, after arguing with them for 5 minutes they finally told me they canceled my reservation. The next day my credit card was charged for their fee of $50 and the rental company $400 I did get the rental company to refund my $400 but still working on the $50 from travelopick. Disputes were filed through my credit card company but they still want you to try and resolve the issue with the company before they step in. So it is still a hassle to deal with the situation.
