Anyone know how to report police this business to avoid scam for anyone? I'm a victim. A lot of thing happened but 1 last thing the jetblue airplane was cancel. I ask for refund but they didn't answer phone and email. I have a proof for you guy to see. 1 refund to travel bank. 1 refund for me because I have to pay my luggages
If anyone can help. Please sue this company. If anyone book with them. You should cancel your credit card. Otherwise you will be charge alot

So i was buying a round trip ticket then they charge me a round trip, ofcourse. Then i contacted them for some questions but they told me that my return flight is not confirmed and it was no return flight at all. But they charge me for a round trip. They want me to cancel my flight and trying to charge me a cancellation fee amount of 375& so i turned off my card and i told em cancel the trip and i will not pay a dime. Theyre not UK base. Its in india. I can hear people talking so loud.

I booked a flight to Hong Kong to try and fly home for the first time in 2 and a half years. Because of my PCR test, I unfortunately cannot get on the plane on the departure day. I called the agency straightaway to explain my situation and asked to change my flight to a later date. I was informed that they will get back to me as soon as possible once they get a response from their supplier. So I waited at the airport for the entire day trying to get this sorted. Guess what? I did not hear a proper response from them until 5 hours later! And when I did, I was told that because I was marked as 'no show' on their system they could not make any changes on my flight date. This was simply not true because I DID turn up to check in on the day and I also followed up with the airline later, who informed me they have never marked me as 'no show'.

I ended up buying another flight ticket from the airline because I needed to go home and just gave up on them. I am now in Hong Kong and still trying to get the flight date changed. Guess what? Same reason – they STILL cannot do anything because I was marked as 'no show', despite me even showing them the evidence provided by the airline that I was not bloody marked as 'no show'. And now, I was again informed that they will get back to me as soon as possible while they 'claim' they are sorting things out with their supplier. I am sorry but this sounds so dodgy to me. The return flight is departing in 2 days, but am I expecting them to come back to me on time with any actual helpful updates? ABSOLUTELY NO.

My recommendation: AVOID USING THEM. Even if they are genuine, this goes to show that they CANNOT SOLVE ANYTHING on their end. I learnt my lesson and I will ALWAYS buy flight tickets from the actual airline from this point onwards.

For all customers Who hot scammed by this compagnie, write to me on Facebook "Ayoub Guissouss" we will procede with a class action suit for all the refunds not recieved ans the changes if prices. If we can't get what's ours, we will at least ensuite to shut down this compagnie on Canada.

Had to cancel a flight due to arrival and departure of 2nd leg of trip different. Asked for a cancellation within one hour of purchase and had the royal run around. Then to be told the insurance is fee
Will be forfeited and admin fees will be deducted. The greatest is the refund will be within 8-10 weeks.

They sold me a ticket to only call me back and say the flight is full and asked for 350 dollars more and then a couple days before my flight they canceled my ticket. I called them when I couldn't check in and they asked for an additional 1000 dollars. You will be left stranded if you buy from them.

Avoid this scam of an agency at all costs.
My flight to West Africa via Morocco was cancelled in December 2021 due to national travel restrictions. This agency refused to refund me nearly £600 despite the airline confirming that they had already returned my money to the agent. They then claimed that they would deduct a £75 miscellaneous admin fee from my refund that I'd have to wait 12 months to return my monies.

They eventually stopped responding to me. When I sought an update on my refund. I saved all my prior telephone notes and email correspondence with them. Thankfully I booked via credit card and claimed my money back via chargeback request. Travel Junction still attempted to dispute the refund with my bank before the matter was settled in March. Honestly, I would never book with them again. The call handlers all gave me conflicting information (Nick Johnson and Oscar Bucher); the office is based in India and consultants use aliases.

Nothing short of poor customer service and transparency. The business is clearly struggling to keep afloat at all means necessary even to the detriment of their customers. Also Immediately after I booked my flight but prior to departure I was pestered and emailed by 'Ben' to write a positive about my booking experience. There seems to be a lot of reviews online thanking Ben but thank God I did not fall for this trap as I would never want to mistakenly mislead other potential customers with this disreputable company.

OMG! Boy, was I sceptical to book my tickets with Flight Trotters and give them my credit card! Oh absolutely!
I almost thought I am going to be scammed as I read the reviews on google after giving my credit card details to an agent called Jose (Saurabh).
But he made sure that I trust him by calling me back in 10 minutes to confirm the tickets details and asked me to even verify them on official website of the airline (Turkish Airlines). He even gave contact number of another client from my city to confirm his legitimacy. It all turned out to be true and I had no issues with the purchase.
I got my tickets at a great price and with the bare minimum travel or layover time.

I book a flight on 2-28-21 in the amount of $441. 0. 0 after I booked the flight I received a contract of my flight.
I call the airline right afterwards to confirm my itinerary.
Some guy told me ha was inputting they information and then he pulled a bait and switched on me telling me that flight was no longer available. Then I spoke to a manager name Alisa and she was trying to sell me a higher price ticket.

I then ask for the name of the general manager and she stated she's not allowed to give out the name of the general manager.
If my flight was cancel I never received an email or call telling me that.

What would have happen I showed up to the airline the day of my departure and was told that flight is no longer available.

I red a lot of posting on google regarding your company and it was all bad and
I'm going to post my confirmation and all the email I received from your company, along with all the names and ID numbers of those employees.
And I will file a complaint with the better business BBB

I purchased what i thought was a legit ticket, after buying the tickets i immediately recieved a phone call from them stating that flight was not available. They charged my account 738.00. My bank called me stating it was fraud. When i called the number back it was a text me now app. My bank is currently working on this but this company is refusing to give me my money back. I called the airport that said tickets were purchased they do not have any reservation for me. Do not use this company! I have reported them to better buisness burea and reporting to fbi!

Travel junction is a scam! They pay for reviews! They take your money and do not book your flights customer service is horrible! Run stay away! They book some flights and scam others! Do not take the chance it can be YOU! They need to take this company down!' They have taken the excitement from vacation!

My trip to the UK was amazing, and well planned. It's not that I have visited UK for the first time. There had been previous occasions where my trip to the UK was extremely bad. Travel agents, and I could easily say, they were the sharks, who ran away with my money and disappeared. This time it was again one more online travel agent – TravelJunction. I was benefitted by their advice, and the services. Their executives spent a lot of time and worked hard to save my money on flight tickets. From my heart I am thankful to the ground staff who worked extraordinarily out of their way to make my trip successful and going. Plus I saved money on the ticket deals too! Thanks and great job everyone!

This is a terrible company. They charge more than they advertise. Then, they offered a flight voucher when our flights were cancelled last spring. To use those we had to pay 3 time's more than we should have, because we had to "fly the same flight plan as before." After payment they changed our flight plan. Now our new flights have been cancelled and the rebooking has given us a 28 hour layover! I called and their representatives are telling me to be patient. They say someone's working on it. We leave in 3 WEEKS! I don't have time to be patient! We will never use them again!

UPDATE: Travel Junction actually canceled the charge! I'm astonished. I think it's because I told them I was making a complaint on the FBI Cyber Fraud website. To others that have scammed, this is what I recommend: (1) make a complaint with the FBI here: https://complaint.ic3.gov/. (2) Make a complaint with the UK Action Fraud here: https://reporting.actionfraud.police.uk/login (3) Report a Scam in the UK: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/scams/reporting-a-scam/ (4) Contact the supposed associated organizations those logos they are using on their website and tell them that they scamming you, which are IATA, ARC Accreditors, CLINK UK & Ireland, and ATOL (5) write reviews on yell.com, Trustpilot.com, 192.com, etc. (6) write to KAYAK to tell them to remove them from their website. Travel Junction is a scam travel service. I found a price on KAYAK and then booked it on Travel Junction. I received an email that looked like a confirmed travel itinerary with, in block letters, "ONLINE BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR FLIGHT", a full itinerary, and a notice for charging my credit card, even a confirmation number and everything.

Then, they contacted me to tell me everything was fine, they just needed to verify my card details... strange since they had already charged me! They then told me in a very long WhatsApp chain that used all the most obvious tricks to de-fraud that "through no fault of their own" the flights were now "unavailable" and it would cost me 500 USD more to book virtualy the same flights! I said no I wanted a refund. Therein started the most absurd and fradulent converastion you can imagine. They said they could give me a "rebate" for 50 USD so it would only be 450 extra dollars to book. I said no I want a full refund. They used delaying tactics, they played on my sympathies, they treated me like an idiot to try to explain to me why they were not canceling the 600 USD they had already charged me. "Ma'am, how many times do we have to explain your banking policies to you". They were trying to say it would take 10 days to appear in my account. Total lie. By then, I had been on numerous calls by then with my Bank who had already assured me that the *second* Travel Junction canceled the charge it would end up bank in my account.

The crazy thing to me is that I have documentary evidence of all of this, and they seem to know that they will basically not get caught because of how difficult it is to catch scammers, and they appear to be concerns and working on the case and act like a legitimate business. But, if I can keep just one person from buying a ticket through this horrible company that has cost me 600 USD, then I guess that's something.

Travel junction Charged my card and the flight wasn't even Available. I received a phone call right after Stating that they wanted $100 per passenger to finalize my flight. I talked to the company supervisor(Mora or Myra) three times and they are trying to get more money from me and the flight is not booked with American Airlines and the flight wasnt available to begin with. I talked to AA and the flight was never booked... this company just charged my card and did not give me the service which is a flight with American Airlines also she didn't even try to reverse this charge or refund me. I am going to a funeral and I cannot do anything because these people are scamming me for more money. The receipt is a joke. There's no flight information on it. I talked to American Airlines and my flight is not booked and never was booked. I have already disputed this with my bank but I don't want anyone else getting scammed. I still have to wait for a refund because it's still in pending status but I'm out of more money because I booked my flight through American Airlines directly after this experience. Also on this site it says right at the top that they're paying for fake reviews please people read our reviews don't make the mistake that I did. Fly safe and best of luck to you!
