These tickets were purchased directly from Air Canada.

You are not the sellers of these tickets.

I thought I was talking to an agency mandated by Air Canada.

Subsequently, I contacted Air Canada and there is no charge for the postponement of the trip.

I was stupid to trust your agen.

Is your company honest?

In addition, an unusual thing happened.

If I can give zero, I would. Typically unprofessional, especially there customer service. Very horrible.

Our experience with Travel Junction has been an absolute nightmare and honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a ticket from them.
Customer service is very poor. My wife, daughter, and I were meant to travel to Africa via France, we did not know one of us needed a transit visa. We turned up for our flight and we were informed that we cannot travel without a transit visa. We have spoken to Air France several times, and we were informed that we are entitled to be rebooked or given a voucher equivalent to the ticket price but they can't issue it to us because we did not book directly with them, our travel agent has to make the request. We have informed the agent we booked from(Yanah)about this, and she said that they should put this in writing. We got that in writing and have emailed this to her but still, she hasn't done anything. This is our booking reference XP******* and the cost of our ticket price is £3350.50. The ticket price was not supposed to be up this amount but she told us our ticket was not secured and we need to pay more or we will lose our deposit.
It has been over four months and we are kindly requesting someone from Travel Junction to help resolve this issue. She has shown little or no interest. She has not empathized with us. These months have been stressful and have affected us mentally.

- I buy 6 Econo flight tickets for a total of 1667$ in the morning.
- A person calls me back afterwards and confirms all my information.
- I say yes, yes, and finally make me believe that the tickets are not available.
- They put me in "first class" but I have to pay an extra $1000!
- I tell him, no way just cancel that order.
- He tells me no problem there will be a fee of $175.
- Of course it's not my fault if the company doesn't have my tickets which are actually available since I contact airtransat at the same time to find out if there are still seats on flight TS608 on Jan 16,2023, and that is positive.
- I tell the agent JOSEE at traveljunction that I will not pay the cancellation fees.
- He tells me yes I have to, I tell him that, I immediately contact my credit card company for fraud, he raises his voice and I say to me ten times: I stay in line with you and you just click on the link I emailed you now!
- I hang up, call my credit card company and to blocked my card!

I tried to book flights and they took 3 payments from my account - totalling more than the cost of the flights - and attempted to take another 3. So far, they have tried to take over £6k against an actual cost of £1.2k.
They do not answer emails and put the phone down when you ring them. I don't understand why Skyscanner let them advertise on their webpage - i thought i was speaking to Skyscanner when i tried to book the flights.

This place is an absolute SCAM! I book my ticket well in advance; got to the airport this A.M., and no findings of my wife and I! I have been calling the customer service number but no response! Will be putting a fraud alert too my bank asap!

Big scam company, they are working as a asistant flight of westjet but they did not do any things for me just took the my from my cart and by the phone said refund my money after 10 bussiness day back but no money back they are really froud. I do know how this big scam company can access to our flight details and trick the any customer. Do not go to deal any time with them you are going to lose your money.

Scammed me by pretending to be Qatar airways and overcharging me by thousands for a flight using sister company Travel-performance. A false charge, just ripping me off. Lying cheating thieves! Avoid at all costs.

They overcharged. Then charged a penalty. Then claimed for 2 months that they refunded the cancelled ticket costs which never happened. Now they claim there was a "technical problem". No sign of any refund. My bank confirmed that. Their so called managers never return messages. They promised evidence of refund 5 times and never provided any. A bunch of incompetent amateurs. DO NOT deal with them and save yourself a nightmare.

Unfortunately, I did review research on traveljunction.ca only after booking and receiving a strange message from the company on my cell. I've called, and I've been informed that my GO ticket is OK but my return is overbooked and I need to pay extra. I said that I wanted to cancel, and the answer was you could not cancel, or there would be a cancellation fee. So let me say it again: you book something that they cannot deliver, and you cannot cancel it? After discussing with 2 "travel agents" I understood I was scammed. Fortunately, nothing passed on my credit card. So I called my credit card and cancel it. Now I have to wait 5 days until I receive my new credit card so I can book from a trustworthy company. Lesson learned: always do a google search for scams BEFORE booking:-)

Public please do not use this agency, they are travel performance and flights and holidays Uk as well. They'll take your hard earned money fraudulently, and won't deliver any tickets nor refund.
When you start chasing it, they ask you to call back tomorrow, next week etc. They're rude, incompetent and dishonest.
They call themselves English names like Ashley, Dave, James to pretend they're English but they sound Indian. Please be warned. If you have been affected by these scammers, please contact the police, newspapers and all social media.

I bought two plane tickets yesterday which I have been looking at since one week and the price that appeared as available was 968$. Surprise just as I bought the two tickets I got a call to inform me that these we're surprisingly not available anymore and that we now had to pay 1300$ which is more than expected? Which did not make any sense since the tickets appeared available since one week? What a timing eh! I refused to pay this amount since I see this as false advertising and I am being told that we have no choice because we either lose our money or we have to get a credit. Why would I have a credit? To get scammed again? Today I went on the website to see if flight at this price still appeared on the website and they did! Which I was told yesterday were not available anymore. If the staff knows they are not available anymore why are these prices still appearing on the website one day later?

Seriously don't buy from Travel Junction. You will lose your money of have to pay so much unexpected extra money when you can just do with such better options.

I don't blame the staff here because they truly seem to go out of their ways to help out and Ben spent a lot of time with me on the phone. But the company does not make any sense.

I had the same experience as most of the people here. They were trying to sell us last minute tickets that the check in counter has closed. When I realised that there is no way to check in, I decided not to proceed with the payment but they had taken my credit card details. They charged us £300 for cancellation. Amex blocked the first few transaction but eventually they went through. The terms and conditions were then emailed to me, pretending that I have accepted those terms and conditions. These are bunch of low lives who build their business model of getting people's money by charging them cancellation fee.

Don't trust travel Junction they will not refund your money I canceled my ticket two weeks before the flight was to take off they told me to cancel my credit card complaint and they will give me my refund I cancel it with, I cancel my flight because of because of covid contamination I've been trying to get a refund since you November of 2021

Do not use travel junction! Unreliable and take payment before you can accept their terms and conditions. Never received a confirmation email and by the time of checking the following day their system had changed the dates. Had numerous phone calls to try to rectify this only to be informed that it will cost nearly £600!
I get a phone call within 30 mins of posting a review on google. Guess they don't like bad reviews.
Anyway I get a phone call the following day saying they can reduce this rebooking fee to £370. Still trying to rip us off and still not accepting their system is faulty.

Make sure you screen shot every page before trying to book or better still use someone else.

If you want to get rubbed, contact Traveljunction, very very unprofessional, if offered credit to you do not trust them as you won't be able to use your credit and will end up paying twice. That is how fraud they are

Whatever you do. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. I should of known the flight prices were too good to be true. I took a leap of faith and purchased them anyways. Just to get a call 10 mins later saying that I didn't actually purchase the flights, I purchased the taxes for the tickets He said I would have to pay 1,500 per person on top of what I already paid. Then he asked me I checked the delta website for the flights. I said why would I check deltas website if I'm purchasing through YOU?! I knew it was a scam and told him that I will dispute the charges with my bank. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS and DONT BOOK WITH THEM. — It wasn't until I researched reviews after I purchased is when I seen that they do this to everyone. This is a scam to get whatever money they can get from you. Any "good" reviews from this company are definitely fake and probably the workers themselves creating these "good" reviews. Good luck!
