I like watching several shows on the Travel channel, Science channel and sometimes on the discovery channel. But recently, Discovery channel advertisements have been popping up on-screen while I am TRYING to watch my favorite programs. I find this VERY annoying. I feel this is to be a very disrespectful intrusion on the programs I like and watch. I would watch discovery channel now and then, and I had no problem with you. But now, I have NO desire to continue watching your channel as long as the on-screen, intrusive, annoying and disrespectful adds appear. In fact, I will not be watching the Discovery or Science channels either for the same reason. TV shows come and go, so in my home, yours are now gone!

The travel channel used to be a good channel. It was very informative and very pleasant to watch seeing all the different countries in the world. Now the travel channel is nothing but ghosts and evil. We have enough for that reality in the world today we don't need this. I would hope in light of the ratings that you would readjust your channel back to what it used to be when people love to watch it feels good about it made plans for their lives for vacations because you were giving information that was necessary. The information you're giving all seems immoral and Godless.

When the Ghost Hunter Show first came on television it did meet a need... to bring paranormal experiences in to everyday conversation.
But the personal issues of picking on certain members of the group as a part of the show was CRUEL and unnecessary.
Then every episode became either there was nothing going on or just tell the spirit to "go away"! Take control!
The shows of today bring forward so much more than Jason Hawes ever did. The investigators now try to bring in the history of why there is a haunting not just try to dismiss an issue but to have a solidified wall of purpose which contains prayer, priests, clergy and demonologists. Jason he's still claiming the same thing today... just reclaim your house. Tell the spirit this is my house.
I'm sorry but houses and facilities are haunted and those spirits don't always want to go away either because they are strongly attached or sadly they are evil. What do you do then Jason? Bully a demonic?,

There are so many other shows better than Ghost Nation! Just go back to working as a plumber.
Your show hasn't changed, you haven't changed and you need to move on. You opened the door and that was your purpose. It's over now. Let the younger more knowledgeable ones take over.

I used to watch destination America they played a lot of scary shows on there but then everything got switched over to the travel channel so I started watching that I really liked it but now they play the same old stuff like for Halloween they didn't play hardly any good stuff what about the scary shows like... the haunted... Paranormal witness... When ghosts attack... They hardly ever play... a haunting for Halloween they're playing ghost adventures... again I like the ghost adventures but come on there are so many other shows I want to see the haunted again they have a lot of great episodes I'm sick of the same old stuff...

Travel channel AKA paranormal channel stinks & I enjoy GOOD and NEW paranormal stories. They claim shows are 'new' yet, they are repeatedly recycled old stories except for paranormal caught on camera which viewers write, film & present. I thought that narcissist's Zac Bagan's shows were unbearable crap until seeing (about 2 mins) of the Osbourns watching re-runs...'new show' Extreme Paranormal Witness? It is old, RE-RUNS. We liked Deadfiles but now they only show re-runs. DONE paying big bucks for directv. TV in general stinks but travel channel is unbearable garbage.

I wonder what TTC is really doing to improve their programming. I watched an episode of The Osbournes Want To Believe and changed the channel after fifteen minutes of the stupidity. It is completely indiscernible when Ozzie speaks and Sharon is not even close to believable when it comes to her feigned shock and horror when viewing the paranormal video clips. Plus most of the show centers around rerun video clips from other programs on TTC. The show should be renamed,,,, " The Osbournes Watch Reruns"... Take my advice TTC. Old burned out drug addict has been rockers who are now rocker jockeys are not interesting to watch. LAME! If I could, I would rate this poor excuse of a program a ZERO.

There is undoubtedly a niche for the shows currently on The Travel Channel (and I use the channel's name reluctantly). But, name it honestly (the Paranormal Channel) and someone realize that there is an audience for the shows the old Travel Channel presented. It gave people ideas on places to visit, gave people without current means to travel a chance to see places they might someday be able to visit, advertised little known destinations and, in short, was fun to watch. I miss the pleasant, fun and joyful old shows, but the mislabeling is what bugs me the most. It also overlooks an entire demographic/audience. Someone wake up, a channel like the old one just might turn out to be surprisingly popular.

Recently watched "Ghost Nation" 2 hour special in a jail where they brought in 4 additional investigators to do research. From what i understand they were at the location for 2 weeks time and their entire "reveal" to the owners was 2 audio clips where they guessed what was said, a total of about 10 seconds of information. I'm trying to process the amount of money that goes into flying this team out to these destinations to come back with that for "evidence" and these guys are the "best" in the business. The girl they added to the team has zero personality and is basically a background character at best and absent of anything valuable to add when shown on screen. For this team to be in this business for over 20 years and still act surprised when they hear a sound is obnoxious and pathetic, i would think at this point the basic stuff they would have less shock effect to, waste of time and network money along with the other 85 paranormal shows with oerhaos the exception of destination fear where it is a fun different approach. Bring back the "travel" shows like the Anthony Bordain style and the Bert The Conqueror type shows where they are actually entertaining and fun to watch.
