I was needing parts for my disk brake equipped boat trailer. Some sites had the rotors but not the pads and vice-versa. Trailer Parts Depot had them both and at the best prices! Shipping was fast. The site was EZ to navigate and the whole experience was great.
The brakes are done now and I'm back in the water.

EVERYTHING CAME IN TO ME IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE WEB SITE WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO USE AS FAR AS USING TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES FOR THE BILLING AND SHIPPING LOCATIONS. IT KEPT AUTOFILLING TO THE BILLING ADDRESS WHEN I WAS TRYING SHIP THE PARTS TO MY RIVER HOME.

I ordered replacement lift assist Suspa gas struts for my clamshell snowmobile trailer, and it took three attempts to finally receive them! Each time the package was delivered by the carrier, it came damaged and with parts missing.

The process was quick and easy. The parts that I ordered where correct for my brakes. One issue was the description indicated that the reverse solenoid was not included, but arrived with one attached.

For some reason flat slipper leaf springs at 32" are hard to find. First off the 2 leaf springs I ordered along with 2 packages of hardware for mounting showed up looking like it had been though a war. It had to be taped and relabled by ups and it was still not completely closed so one package of hardware had exploded and was missing a couple pieces. It's not beyond me that the delivery service had a lot of the fault but if it would have been packaged better to begin with it wouldn't matter how the carrier mistreated it. The second thing is when I placed the springs on top of my old springs I noticed 2 things, 1: they were half the thickness of the old ones and 2: the end that is supposed to be flat is more like a radius instead so they were not sold as the appropriate part. Now I called and spoke to Isaiah and he was understanding and very he was very helpful in letting me know my options and was courteous and understanding. This is how a made my star rating
