Box was torn apart and taped up when I found it on the porch that working. A spindle was just thrown in the box with bearings and races. No bubble wrap or boxes. Parts arrived damaged and unusable. Emailed support and no reply as of now. Not sure why someone would package parts like that.
Was looking for new ball hitch for trailer was planning on cutting off old one and weld on new one was happy to find kit to replace what broke much quicker much easier much happier

I discovered 2 caliper pins missing from the brakes on our trailer while preparing for an upcoming trip. Driving without them would have been unsafe and I found them on Google being sold by Trailer Parts Depot. I ordered them hoping they would arrive in time. Living in Canada, I wasn't sure how long it would take to arrive and we started to look at changing our holiday schedule as I couldn't get these parts locally. What a surprise they arrived in just a few days and perfectly packed without issue. My first indication was how fast Trailer Parts Depot had begun the shipping process by having the orders sent out the very day I ordered. I wouldn't buy antwhere else, the price was great and service incredible!

The shipping was even faster than expected. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and their website said it wouldn't be shipped until the next business day. I paid for 2 day shipping and was expecting it by maybe Wednesday. It showed up Tuesday morning.
The product is exactly what I needed. I couldn't find bolts in this size with the fine thread anywhere local.
