Got the roller and it was broken apart in the box that wasn't filled with any packing. Got box and roller was bouncing around in the box and broke. Was told that they had to get roller back before refund could be given. Was not treated by any other company this way and always gotten new product or refund back before hand. Was also told had to have packing in box with roller when it is already broken, which they didn't have it packed. Will be getting ahold of Better Business Bureau.
