I was looking for some professional advice so I called Trailer Parts Depot. Spoke to George about electric over hydraulic brakes for my boat trailer. His response to me was " we dont recommend using electric brakes in the water". Clearly he knew nothing about the product i was inquiring about. So I asked 3-4 times throughout our conversation to be put through to someone who was knowledgeable on the subject so I didn't have to educate him further. At this point George hung up on me, I called back and asked to speak to his boss, I was told his boss was to busy to take my call, was called a $#*! and was hung up on once again. So my $1600 order went to TRAILER PARTS SUPERSTORE, where people are knowledgeable on the products they sell
