I purchased express shipping, and it didn't arrive until after I left for the event. It was supposed to be there before...the team credited me for the costs, but it still left me in a bind.
I ordered a personalized buckle and strap as a graduation gift. Arrived quickly however, the buckle monogram was "off" when it arrived. So I contacted customer service and they drop shipped a new one the next day and I returned the original. Buckle looks great! This is not my first time ordering from Trafalgar and I have been pleased.
