Easy to navigate. Products well presented. From previous experience, I know the belt wears very well.
The product was good but when I tried to contact customer service, it was really poor. I had a problem with the clips, which fell apart when I used them. I was told Trafalgar doesn't sell them and I should go to Amazon. I would have appreciated knowing what to buy and how to replace them. Instead, I was told nothing and ended up buying them twice, since I didn't know what to buy and having a problem installing them and caused a problem with the suspenders themself. You would think that a company that sells at a high price would take the time to explain what I should order and how to install them.

Items arrived as promised. The suspenders are very good quality and the clip in buttons are good for trousers that don't have fitted buttons.
Purchased a belt for my husband. Needed a 50", but all other store options did not satisfy. The Trafalgar belt arrived earlier than anticipated, it fit, and it was gorgeous! Thank You!
I just received my limited edition braces. I bought them for my son as a graduation present. So happy these are still being made. His father still has the Trafalgar braces he wore when we were dating. Arrived fast and are of wonderful quality.
On 10 September 2022 I placed an on-line order, using my $US VISA, with Trafalgar for $190.98 in $US. I cancelled that order on-line and the parcel was never shipped. On 20 September 2022 Trafalgar issued a refund in $US, for only $175.02 in $US. Despite numerous attempts to have this corrected, including sending a scan of my VISA statement, the refund is still outstanding and my most recent requests are not acknowledged, nor is there any response or explanation. I have told them I will buy nothing more from Trafalgar until I receive my refund, and they continue to bombard me with advertising.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, and it sounds like we missed the mark. I looked into your order and see that you paid $185.27 USD on 9/10/22. Your order was then canceled and refunded ten days later, on 9/20/22, for a total refund amount of $181.98. The reason the amount differed is that the exchange rate changed during those ten days from 1 USD = 1.30525 CAD to 1 USD = 1.32883 CAD. Therefore, there was a difference of $3.29 USD. We would be happy to refund you this amount! I will have our Customer Service Team refund this payment on your most recent order. You should see the funds in your account within the next 3-7 business days. Additionally, I want to sincerely apologize for missing your messages. I see that you replied to several marketing emails to inquire about this issue. Unfortunately, the marketing inbox is not monitored regularly, and there is fine print at the bottom of the email to indicate that the replies may not be received. There was a website problem getting my 10% discount code, but I called and the customer service representative took care of it. And, for the inconvenience, she gave me an extra 5% discount to make the discount 15%.
The quality of the suspenders is superb, from hardware to fabric, I could be happier.
Below average. It took 3 emails to get a return label. I returned it 2 days ago and I get an email that has nothing to do with the return. It makes me want to go back to wearing a belt. Who knew buying braces would be such an ordeal.

Our Customer Service Team replied immediately and sent you a new return label. You reached out on both Saturday and Sunday, claiming you did not receive the label. Please note our hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 PM CT, Monday through Friday. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday, which is why we were unable to reply to your emails on these days. We replied to you immediately on Monday morning (2/6/23) to let you know we sent the return label again. This time, you received it, and your issue was resolved. We received your return in the mail yesterday (Thursday, 2/9/23), and we just processed it this morning (Friday, 2/10/23). You should receive your refund in the next 3-7 business days. Interesting device. Do not work on heavy fabrics like denim jeans but otherwise ingenious
I recently lost a few pounds and my tuxedo has no belt loops so, frankly, I needed something to hold up my tux pants! Hah...After doing a google search it appeared that Trafalgar made one of the nicest sets of braces. I ordered directly from the Trafalgar website and received them quickly. The packaging was excellent. Thank you!
