Been waiting on a return label 4 days already, still no email and it says order not found. I also sent a screenshot and still no response

Great. Clear description of the product, good communication throughout the process and good follow up.

They are pretty nice. Not quite as high of quality as I would have hoped for the price but overall I'm satisfied.

My husband has more than a hundred pair
Of Trafalgar braces. We're delighted to see the return of several of the vintage models. I've replaced a few of his that were worn out via the online website. Easy to do. And I've started collections for my grandsons!

Exactly what you want from online retail - an easy user/order experience, no hassles. Products are excellent quality and exactly as described.

The braces were shipped on time, and I was able to pick up the package at the Post Office so no worries of it being stolen off of my front porch. I have purchased these products before and am pleased with them.

My order came promptly and then when I called customer service to see if they could send gift boxes for the items in my order they were so kind and understanding. Great customer service!

I received a Delivery Confirmation email on the 12th of July that informed me that the goods will arrive within the next 48hrs. It also said if the items were not delivered in 48 hours to contact customer support. The items did not show up, I waited the 48 hours and contacted customer service who were helpful in providing tracking details for the package. No complaints there. The issue comes in when I receive an email asking me to rate the shopping experience as if I had already received the items. The items are not set to be delivered until the 24th of July there is still a good two weeks to go.

I'm going on a cruise next month that plans a red-and-gold dinner gala or second night out. I'm playing along and these should do the trick. Seem to be good quality items.

Trafalgar has good products that last. I especially like their exotic leathers. I have belts that I have used daily that still look good and wear well.
