Ok sellers, this is what we should all do. BOYCOTT Tradesy! I spoke to three different customer service representatives about this insane ping pong of when we get paid. I was told by 3 different representatives that going forward it will take up to 21 days for our sales to stay in pending earnings and a definitive 7 days at least, to go to our bank account or PayPal. I was told by each of them if I don't like it I shouldn't be selling on Tradesy maybe it's not the venue for me. I said who is going to be okay with shipping out their items, having it in someone's house for a month or more, and not getting paid until such time? I said okay I appreciate your honesty that's all I wanted to know. I have to take some serious inventory, no pun intended, if I should remove all of my listings. I literally am speechless at this point with this company just speechless. These people get paid in a millisecond right after the buyer pays for the item that they are getting from us and we have to wait 30 days or more! Are you sellers hearing me? 30 days or more to get paid. I said the key to a successful company is consistency and there is none of that whatsoever with you people. At first selling with you it was two to three days to get paid, then 5 to 7, then 10 or more, then back to 3 and now it's over 10! I mean really what do these unintelligent people speak about when they are constantly in team meetings; on how to destroy what was a creative and successful business plan? Companies get in trouble by just changing their name, where people feel that they cannot keep up. Well this company changes its policy monthly and we are letting them get away with it off our backs! I really am so over talking about all of this. Somebody should swoop in and really sue the crap off these people. I don't have the financial means to do so or this would have been done months ago believe you me. I just thought all of you should know because I literally said to each one of them, I want the truth already not your transparent corporate handbook response which P.S. needs work. I said this was supposed to get better by the end of the year 2017 that is. I said every customer service rep, every email, even your supervisor, told me the time frame was going to get better and improve by the end of 2017. We'll look at where we are people March of 2018 and nothing's changed it's only gotten worse. But you know what I realize it's all on us. We let it happen we know she's getting paid multi millions while we have to constantly plead multiple times, thru multiple platforms, to get our money. We should come up with some idea on how this should stop.

Do not buy or sell from Tradesy. I sell in a couple of app and tradesy is robbing sellers and buyers. How can they charge 10.50 for shipping. I sell a pair of pants where they actually made more money than me on the sale. They take the commission, whole your money 21 days and in top of that if you don't want store credit you have to pay them a fee to withdraw your money. I sell in other apps and my money is available right away and buyers don't pay that much for shipping. Thieves.

What the sellers are stating is true! BEWARE OF CROOKS IN BUSINESS SUITS OR PRETENDING THEY ARE IN BUSINESS SUITS! No business should be allowed to represent itself as a business when clearly they are a detriment to others! If the state of California cannot rein this company in after numerous complaints regarding unethical business practices, it is quite concerning! No citizen should have to endure this! They do not honor their own actions but instead provide excuse after excuse. They hold your money and encourage returns. The customer service line was closed during their business hours!

I buy a lot on line from many of the Designer on-line consignment sites, i. E., Tradesy, The RealReal, Poshmark, (of course, eBay), etc. Just like in regular retail sales, it's hard to find true customer service anymore. This Seller was terrific! Very communicative, lightning fast speed in delivery, and an actual THANK YOU NOTE included in the box! Don't know about any of you all, but that seems to have gone a way of the past, sadly enough. I would seek out this Seller and check them for what I might be looking for before I'd check anywhere else first. Would love to give them the business. Classy operation.

This is the most anti-seller site out there. They encourage returns and although they claim they handle returns they force all returns on to their sellers even past their 4 day return policy. Items come back damaged, with heavy leather scratches on high end items, with missing accessories, original boxes, etc. They know nothing about authenticating luxury items. They have sent 2 items now back saying they could not confirm authenticity, when both items were purchased by me at the store. They hold your money for 21 days and when the money become available to withdraw it takes another 7 days to see your money in your checking account. And they dare to charge 23% now commissions and withdrawal fee. When they reply to your inquiries it's all generic messages without even looking into the issue. Just TERRIBLE!

This is a Ponzi scheme. You arent getting your money because Tradesy doesnt have the money to pay you. Dont listen to their bull%*&* responses about extra security precautions with your ACH transfer! This is a bold faced lie by tradesy. Know this: ACH transfers take a max of three business days. For example, I had $10,000 in my PayPal account from eBay sales. I hit the transfer button and the money was in my bank account the next day. When you hit the ACH transfer button with Tradesy... you think your money is automatically being transferred to your account... wrong! It merely sends notification to a brain-dead Tradesy employee who puts the the notification aside in hopes tradesy can hold and use your funds for a couple weeks (robbing Peter to pay Paul). Pretty soon I imagine there will be no money left if thats not already the case. And whoever responds to this email, DO NOT say this is for security purposes. We are not stupid Tradesy and if you keep using this lame excuse youre going to find yourself in a deeper hole then youve already dug. Im going to the BBB and the California Attorney General about the money you owe me and I will never sell another item on your crooked, corrupt website.

Dont sell anything on TRADESY they will keep your money over charge you and make fake promises as to when your funds will be released, they do claim its for buyer protection, keep your things its not worth the hassle.
I wish I could hire an attorney myself.
I have a high end designer item that I sold thru tradesy, never got my money, its over 2 weeks still money is not released, I also sold a 50$ item they claimed Ill get the money within 4 days, which I havent, this company should be out of business

I sold a bag a week ago and listing all the description perfectly. The buyer don't want it because she thought the color wasn't the color she thought it could be!? Hello? I write it on the page, did you even look?

Then the website sends me an email said I lie about my listing and there are not likely new... I haven't worn once, it's not likely new, it's new!
Now they are returning the item. I have to say, don't ever sell anything here, NEVER!

If I could give them a zero star, I would. This website is terrible! They take 21-30 days to pay you, anyrhing you sell they return (based off buyers judgment even if they lie), they never investigate issues, and they will remove items from your closet without any notice! You will do all the work to put up a listing, then wa la its gone! No notice, no notification, nothing! Highly disappointing site to use! Stay far far far away!
