Being a peer-to-peer marketplace we encourage our sellers to take and list as many detailed photos and descriptions of the item as possible so situations like this one don't happen, and you know exactly what you are getting. Unfortunately, this did in your case.

Although I am glad to see our team was able to refund you in full for this purchase, I do want you to know we take misrepresentation returns very seriously and any seller who has a pattern of this will be removed from Tradesy.

We encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery. I am so sorry you were not aware of this before.

I am so sorry to hear that your item was lost with USPS and never delivered! Do know we are able to work with the seller in situations like this to get a claim in with the carrier to have USPS investigate the whereabouts of the item!

We know how frustrating it is to search for the perfect items, to have half of them canceled due to sellers' lack of inventory of not confirming the sale on time. This is far from the experience we want our Tradesy family to have. While it is a challenge to prevent situations like this from happening, we do monitor seller cancelation rates. This helps us keep the site as healthy as possible for all users.

First, let me apologize for any experience you have had with any rude sellers. We pride ourselves on having a great community of sellers and buyers who connect over the love of fashion in hopes to create a safe and respectable online shopping environment. I apologize that this was not the case.

Do know if you ever come across a seller who uses any type of rude or foul language you can always disengage the conversation and reach out to us to have our Trust Team step in on your behalf.

When it comes to the original box of an item, unless it is otherwise listed in the item description it is always best to reach out to the seller first to ask what accessories the item does indeed come with. Not all items on Tradesy are shipped with original boxes, dustbags etc.
