The bag I ordered was too big for me. After taking some pics of the bag and sending them my return was accepted and return label sent to me.
I alive in NY alone and without going into office there's no reason for me to print. Yet I'm expected to catch a train or bus to nearest print place and then print a return one page and then go and mail this. All within 72 hours? And often sellers don't put the correct information in the description - I am a curvy woman and I know my size and what suits me but when the seller puts false information like the wrong size then I have to run around to complete a return. The website is overall great and easy to buy on but the returns process needs to be easier. I can send UPS returns from my building for Amazon. UPS drop off the sticker label.
Fast shipping. It is noticeable the seller took their time to package my speedy with care. I am so pleased with my purchase. Condition of the item was better than described.
Although it's a beautiful purse in great condition the picture showed it had the peony interior, which is why I purchased it. When it arrived it was the cherry interior.

Typically in cases where our team agrees, they will provide you with a full refund back to the original payment source.

The product was in good condition exactly like the picture. I received said product in 3 days.

Great customer service. Fast shipping. Customer service rep answered my questions thoroughly and I was able to actually speak to someone not a recording. And I also got a great deal on a Louis Vuitton bag I've been eyeing for awhile
The item shipped quickly but took a very long time to arrive. When I asked Tradesy to help with tracking, they were able to see more info than I could from the USPS website and reassured me it was still on its way. The item arrived and it was exactly as pictured; just what I expected. Great experience overall!
