I bought a pair of Amina Muaddi which turned out to be fake. I knew my exact size before ordering. Only I couldn't find it at Neiman Marcus in the color I wanted it. So when I saw it on this site, I was very excited but hesitant to order it because I am a very cautious buyer and I want to be 100% sure before ordering. Knowing that I had tried this PVC style Holiglass multiple times and confirmed my size is 38.5 in this exact style, I moved forward with purchasing. When the shoe arrived, I was thrilled as I was planning to use it that weekend but to my extreme surprise, I could not even get my toes in there. I took it to Neiman Marcus to compare and see what's going on. They were surprised with sizing too and upon further examination, you could see the details were close to the original but not close enough. Of course, when you are paying full price for fake you can't be that obvious with flaws. The embossing of the logo on the sole was not as prominent on the other Amina's and they brought me multiple shoes to compare to confirm. Plus, the "Made in Italy" part was staggered together as the real Amina's had more definition. The packaging looked ok but of course, you can put a fake shoe in the original box as these boxes go on resale for cheaters like this. I brought up all these points to Tradesy thinking that they will protect the customers as these shoes are coming from private retailers. But they all back each other up to not lose their money. Unfortunately, I fell for their scam, if you are 100% guaranteeing your merchandise why do you not refund but instead you only issue credit in the account. How can I have the trust to buy from you again? It's because you know you will keep the money and there's no 100% guarantee when your items are fake and it's your word against mine. I am a seasoned shopper and I would never buy from your site if this shoe was readily available in authorized retailers but they are so hard to come by in the exact color and style that I had to resort to your site. I hope this is helpful to other customers not to fall for the same trap of "No Fake Sh*t" and 100% guarantee. It's a 100% guarantee to deliver fake and keep your money.

The dress appears to be in new condition, with the tags still on, but I have never seen a dress more wrinkled. It was rolled up into a ball and put in the box. Other than that, everything was great... I would just be more conscious of packaging in the future.

Beautiful ring but took longer than expected to arrive. Since it was expensive, it required a signature, which did not happen. Just a knock on the door by the Fed Ex delivery man and the package left by the door. Fortunately I was home to retrieve my package immediately, but I live in an apt complex with open hallways and have had several packages stolen before. A signature would've been more secure!
The bag has been beautifully kept, and packaged for delivery... in pristine condition!
