I ordered own january the 15th for my sons birthdays. It is now mid may and nothing... i have been told they were sending replacements but nothing... then i messaged 100 times and they said i would be refunded within 4-5 days... that was 3 weeks ago... i am not giving up but please do not waste your money.

Unfortunately, most people won't read these reviews until they have already purchased from Totalsportsshop.com Still not received my item which was ordered in January. My son's birthday was earlier this week. I did contact them but their customer service just redirects you to their website delivery page which basically covers their back for 30 working days. They cannot update you on your order as they have no clue about its whereabouts and I would imagine most people don't receive what they originally ordered. Any excellent' reviews on here are fake'. Don't be fooled by their snazzy website!
We needed a kit for a birthday but could not find it anywhere is his size. Came across totalsports and ordered without reading the delivery times. Customer services were so helpful and they have made a little boy very happy.
Excellent service from start to finish, along with excellent prices and quality products.
Once the order arrived I was very happy, however in the days of amazon the delivery times for totalsports are just too slow.
I will use again but allow extra time if it's for a special occasion
I've been waiting 4 months for a football kit, they say they've refunded the money, they lie, I told them I'd keep posting bad, but truthful reviews everywhere I could, the reply " that's fine ", this is a scam company, the good reviews they write themselves and they don't have a physical address in order to initiate legal proceedings, I know they're not based in England STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
1 star is more than this company deserve. I saw the reviews before I ordered and gave them the benefit of doubt. How wrong I was! I ordered a football kit for my son for Christmas. I ordered in October as I understood delivery took a long time. I received the order in November however it did not have the premier league badge on that I paid extra for and the socks were missing. It took a week of badgering to finally get a response from them. They would refund the badge cost and the socks would be with me the next week. 1 week on and no refund or socks. Next email said they had processed a refund for the socks and badge. No explanation, no apology and still no actual refund received. When questioned about when they had processed the refund they then they said they were refunding even less so obviously neither of the previously promised refunds had actually been processed. I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standards as companies like this should not be allowed to trade. Whatever you do, please do not order from this company
Ordered 2 Liverpool kits for a birthday present. Arrived promptly and everything is good including the printing. Will definitely be using again in the future
It has taken six weeks to get a personalised football kit with stick on name and number, which looks like is already starting to twist even though its just been opened. Such a cheap-looking replica. I only saw reviews after Id placed my order and my gut feeling made me order another from lfc store, which arrived within 6 days and fantastic genuine product. Was worth a little extra to get my son's present in time. Ill put the TOTAL SPORTS kit down to a very bad experience and warn others to please please stay clear!
Ordered for my sons birthday. Item not been received a month since I ordered it. I then read reviews of this being a frequent thing. Contacted them stating the delivery had missed my sons birthday and got the following response. Apparently the kits are also FAKE which I did not realise. Paid £38 basically the same as a proper kit. Got the attached reply after emailing my concerns. They are a money grabbing organisation.
Took Total sports 4 months to send personalised football top. When it arrived it was wrong team. Wrong name. Wrong size. Said they would refund on return which cost £6 for tracking delivery and they still haven't refunded money and are ignoring emails. I haven't got £50 to waste. Disgracefull
Avoid completely. They are not official suppliers. The goods are very poor quality and there is no customer service. The kids football shirts I bought were washed as per the instructions and the logos started peeling off within a week. Since then the company has totally ignored all of my emails.
Please do not purchase anything from this site, their quality is shocking and their service is worse.

The most appalling service. I ordered a personalised football kit. I have been charged for the goods already. Shambolic service and would enjoy. Very good.
