I paid for the executive level to have my resume written. It looked really bad, one of my job history, because she said that it did not have any skills that would transfer she left it blank. There are transferable soft skill. I was managing a 2 million dollar business. I mean when an employer sees your work history with a blank description that does more bad then good.
On top of that it looked like my original resume except with some words changed. I pasted a bunch of job that I was applying for…. Thinking they would look at it and try to write a resume that would reflect the job I'm applying for but nope. They just used the same sentences I had but with different verbiage.
This has caused me more stress they will not give me my money back. Now I have to spend my weekend looking at job post to find things that's similar to my current work and email a list to them so they can add this.
I can't believe I paid 400 to have added work and stress when I could have done it myself for free.
This place is a SCAM do not buy. This is why they kept adding discount to their plan.

Great resume writing service. There are no phone calls, if you would like them, pay extra. Had unlimited texting with the writer. Keep in mind, all transactions must be within 7 days, though they can make an exception. They wrote a fantastic Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn texts. Great service for the price. The service was useful, I got to submit feedback and revisions were sent back within 24-48 hours. I think it would be nice to have an option for formatting help in the future just as the resume is is very specifically customized, and I had to download a font to make it appear correctly on my computer. Other than that, I'm quite happy with my experience.
