I m a business professional who hired Top Resume to update my resume and focus more on my managerial and project experience. The writer updated my resume without ever contacting me before and did it all wrong and only mirrored my previous resume. The writer did not follow any instructions after I updated the draft and sent it back and my cover letter and LinkedIn profile were never updated. This service is not for a seasoned professional. It's for a novice who has never written an essay before. My writer had no knowledge of my field and a poor mastery of the English language.

First off - you only have a few days to complete the entire process of which my "professional" took several of it just to respond.
