TopResume did a great job of updating my resume. They modernized it and, more importantly, formatted my resume so that it would pass the first layer of review, the screen reader.

Iris L offered some great advice and listened to my concerns while also employing her professional reasoning to make appropriate decisions. I'm very happy with the result of my resume and cover letter, as well as the advice she provided with regards to making small changes to make it unique for every job I apply to.

I'm highly NOT recommending this company.
Veris y unprofessional writers, totally useless customer service and management and all this only for 350 US dollars.
Besides all of this, you can wait weeks for a response.

I thought the process was quick and easy, and I feel I have a much stronger resume and profile.

I had a terrible experience with TopResume.com. The quality of the resume they delivered was subpar, with numerous errors and formatting issues. Despite multiple attempts to provide feedback and ask for revisions, the writers did not implement the changes I requested. They were also very slow to respond, which was frustrating since I had paid for expedited service.

To make matters worse, the customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful. They refused to accept any responsibility for the poor quality of the product, and would not even return my calls or respond to my emails as promised. It was a nightmare trying to get any kind of resolution, and I ultimately had to file a chargeback to get my money back.

Overall, I would not recommend TopResume.com to anyone. Their product quality is subpar, their customer service is non-existent, and their writers are unresponsive and unwilling to make changes. Save your money and go elsewhere for your resume needs.

I have been dealing with this horrific "company" for months and it has hands down been the worst experience of my life. I have been trying to get a refund for the past 3 months, and have been mistreated by TopResume countless times. Not only did they deliver a product with numerous mistakes, the resume and cover letter was also not up to par. After having no success using their product (could not even get an interview using their cover letter and resume), I was told I could either have someone rewrite my resume or have a refund. I chose a refund and was promised to get it within a couple of business days, only to have the company come back several days later to say they decided not give me a refund after all. You cannot promise your customers a refund and then deny it afterwards. They have repeatedly tried to force me to continue working with them despite going back on their promise to give me a refund. You also cannot force unhappy customers to work with you, especially when the customer service has been horrific and the product was not what I paid for. I say all of this to say I have called and emailed countless times, only for TopResume to continuously refuse to give me my money back, and to take days and sometimes weeks to respond to me. When I do eventually hear from them, it is a different person every time (it genuinely seems like this "business" is run by one person who is pretending to be different people), and they lie and pretend as though their "team" is reviewing my very simple straightforward "case", say they will get back to me within 1-2 business days, then they wait another week or so and tell me they won't give me a refund and try to force me to continue working with them. This happens every single time like clockwork, so it is clearly a scam and they have no intention of giving me my money back. As I mentioned, I have been dealing with this issue for 3 months now, and they have yet to refund my $219. Save your time and your money, and go to a different company that actually respects their customers and delivers quality products. If you are unsatisfied or run into any problems, they will never resolve your issue, will drag it out as long as they can and will not give you a refund despite how terrible they treat you and how awful their product is. They don't care about their clients whatsoever, and must be extremely desperate for money if they are unwilling to provide a refund after so many errors and poor treatment. This company is a scam and should be shut down. Absolutely dispicable.

It was a very easy process working with TopResume. It has been years since I needed a resume and they did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend them for resumes. If I every need a new Resume update, I will be coming back to them.

I received an initial draft resume, and cover letter. I made corrections, or suggestions, to the resume.
The reviewer made the requested corrections, and made suggestions. I then reviewed the proposed resume again, and further made corrections. The reviewer made the final corrections, and submitted to me for my approval. Great resume, and great cover letter.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The process of writing the cv and cover letter was unprofessional (in terms of timeline, communication, and matching a writer with a relevant background). The resulting products (cv and cover letter) are unsatisfying and unusable.
When contacting the company about my concerns (and trivial things like asking for a receipt), they weren't very responsive.
To summarise - very disappointed.
