Who knew my resume wasn't at its best all these years and how jobs I missed out on? It needed some fine tuning and my resume writer was very thorough. Just a year prior I had paid another "professional" to revamp it. Bad decision-- go with some that knows your profession and can match you with some that has gone resumes for your specific job. My first draft needed very little input from me for changes. The process a breeze!
For years, I sold myself short and thought my resume was great. Top resume pointed out some things on my resume that made a lot of sense and I realized I had been selling myself short. I'm glad I made the choice to go with the. As an example, I applied for a job with one company using my old resume and was turned down. They had another opening that I put in for with my new resume and the recruiter was impressed with my resume and wants to talk further. I should have made this move a few years ago.
I have not been out of work since college I needed a good overhaul of my resume as it was very dated. Worked out very well with Danielle. She was very quick with turn around and was very easy to work with. It took some time to get started (waited over a week for a response once I signed up), but once we started working it was done in a few days. A few misspellings and incorrect dates, but nothing major I could not correct in a few since it is in Word. Great overall experience and believe this will help in my career moving forward.

Extended delay before writer assigned. Be prepared to work hard, as is interactive, collaborative process, with writer not necessarily familiar with your field or career. Writer was efficient and knowledgeable concerning constructing the products purchased (resume and cover letter) and offered a couple of different formatting options. Over-priced for the amount of work one has to do oneself to contribute towards desired outcome. And, all based on e-mail correspondence. No person-to-person telephone conversation allowed. Nice writer. Good end product.
