I'm a mid/senior professional with >15 work experience, and I bought the mid-level service from this company. The writer reformatted my CV (1star) which makes me wonder how may other people will have the exact same format. And she rewrote bids and pieces by using thesaurus extensively (2nd star). I seriously question the writer's use of common sense as the documents didn't make sense afterwards. And she didn't ask questions but rather wrote up things which was useless. I seriously doubt this company's "interview guarantee". I'm relieved I didn't buy the LinkedIn service.

I received the resume critique and had a few questions. All the emails they send let you know they are here to answer any question you have. When I actually replied with a few questions I received a bot response that did not answer any questions. They might do good work, but I am not going to spend $350 if they can't even have a real person answer my inquiries. To me this is an indication the work will not be as personalized as they claim.
