I used the premium service and got my resume back quickly. I worked with Frederick to make some revisions. The feedback was very helpful, and my resume improved 100% with Frederick's help. I think it's very important to communicate with your writer, otherwise they rely solely on the electronic info and that just isn't enough. I will say that I finally got an interview after using my polished-up resume and cover letter. Coincidence? I think not.

I was a bit skeptical with going with a writing service as a result of reading numerous reviews relative to resumes, however, I received excellent results as well as exceptional results. I purchased the second option, along with the LinkedIn re-write. Both of these services were delivered as promised. I just wanted to give one request to TopResume, I think you folks would benefit from using some type of A. I that interacts with the customer before and after the questionnaire, so that the writer knows more about their client.
The only issue I had with my writer was that I had a few questions about style, format, and a specific question about specifying more on operations, and what I would need to put on my resume to focus employers on operations? The response was focused on the format and style and he basically told me that everything was perfect the way it was and he recommended not to change. Otherwise, I thought it was a great service for the price.

I was looking to improve my resume to show strong leadership skills AND assist me with getting to the next job level (VP); I wanted a document that would help me get an interview. The resume writer, Ruth, was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. We had several communications during the review period and in each case the information was timely and beneficial. In addition, I asked Ruth many questions regarding Dos & Don'ts on resume etiquette, cover letter advice, AND posting on linkedin. Again, I received nothing but timely, professional, and valuable information. I would highly recommend (and already have done so) to anyone.

I have been out of the job search market for many years and was very skeptical of this service. Before securing the service, I had many follow up questions, which were answered promptly and to my satisfaction.

I have nothing but praises for Kathleen G. (KG), my profession writer. I started off with a three page wordy resume and ended up with a little less than two. My experiences and strengths were highlighted perfectly and I saw me on the page, not the feeling of reading the resume/CV of another.

I tell you, KG did not make me wait between correspondence, and I hope she does catch up on some well-deserved rest. She was patient, professional, creative, and very responsive. In other words she ROCKED. I recommend this team of professionals without reservations, as my experience was more than satisfactory.

The person I was assigned to for my review was pretty helpful. He submitted my first draft within 2 days and was pretty hands on with any concerns I had. At one point it took him 3 days to get back to me, which is a pretty long time considering you have only 7 days after a resume is submitted to finish any edits you might need. However, he was more than willing to assist me past the due date to help me with any changes I needed. I've only experienced one reviewer so I cannot say anything about the rest of the people they worked with but mine was pretty good.

I worked with Shayla- one of the TopResume writers. She was extremely prompt in her revisions and was able to make my resume "high level" so it would be more applicable across other fields. Over several iterations we finally ironed-out a revision of my resume that I'm extremely pleased with and can't wait to submit my applications! Highly recommend using TopResume, especially if you're having trouble hearing back from companies!

I bought the top priced package which was not cheap but I did get excellent service.

My prior resume/CV document was 4 pages long and was not getting traction with recruiters. The new version is impactful and succinct, fitting to two pages and calling out the big contributions from my previous career roles.

The first draft was with me pretty quick, with just a couple of items I felt could be "tweaked" to improve them.

Changes were made and I now have a document in Word that I can revisit in the future when needed. Not only do I have a good document to start from then, but I know the best way to lay it out and how to write it by following the example my writer set.

Honestly best decision I made when I started looking for new jobs. They're knowledgeable, honest, and very responsive. I emailed back and forth with my writer a lot and he was great.

I received about 5 interview requests after applying to jobs within a couple of weeks. Only went on one since I knew it was the company I wanted most and I got the job. If it weren't for TopResume rewriting my resume I don't know if I would have ever gotten recognized by them.
