Based off the feedback I received from the free review I knew there were some changes that needed to be made. Before continuing with the paid services I did my research to make sure this was the right investment. Once I received my writer I was unhappy with the first draft and express that to my trail writer who was instantly responded to see why I was unhappy. The customer service was great which played a major role in the turnaround of my experience. Once I express my concerns to the writer my next draft was a complete 180. I am very happy with the finish product and service even with the slight hiccups

I found the experience of getting my resume re-written very rewarding. It was great to have some one pick out and highlight my strengths and skills and collate them in an impressive way that I had not previously been able to do writing my story myself. It gave me confidence to know that the rolls I had did give me those skills and that I could put them out there in clear and simple summary. The drafting process was great and gave me the opportunity re think and remember things I had done in my various roles over my career. It also made me really think about what role I want to find. The consultant I worked with was very friendly and seemed genuine in helping bring out my best features. No reservations in recommending this company.

I bought the cover letter and resume package for a very reasonable price. It took about four days to get the resume completed. Two revisions came with the package at no extra cost, but I only took advantage of one revision. The resume was like night and day compared to my original one. I was very pleased with the format and word choices that were used. I would recommend their services to any of my friends. After signing up for a job search site, I received a free TopResume critique of my resume. I continued to receive emails promoting their services. After some debate, I decided to purchase the Career Evalution package, which included a new resume and cover letter. I completed the writer matching inquiry and was paired with Fred D. For the most part, I was pleased with my first draft and had a few suggestions and feedback. When my second draft was sent to me, it still contained an error in my email address. Other than that, it was corrected well. The entire process took about a week. My cover letter sounds a little generic, but I like that I have the ability to alter it for each job application. Very nice service overall. Good initial analysis of my current resume. The resume writer was friendly, explained everything and why she was writing the way she was. Answered some questions on industry trends.

However, there is some space for improvement in asking clarifying questions early and speed of delivering the final product. The whole process was about 3 weeks (a little slow) and a couple of bullets on the first draft made me feel the writer struggled with understanding my experience, but did not reach out to ask. These are probably related issues and my advice is just to communicate more.
