I appreciate the final product from TopResume which hopefully will attract the right job opportunities for the management positions I am looking for. However, my resume was passed from one writer to another after (Amy to Matthew M) and the second writer was unclear of the status of my resume when he contacted me. It doesn't seem like any kind of warm handoff was done so that concerned me as an introduction to the company. I also think I was fairly timely in my responses to the drafts but sometimes it was a few days before I got a response back, which also concerned me because of the short timeframe for revisions. In the future I would suggest a better customer service experience and more consistent timeliness of communications

TopResume is a great service. I offered a free resume review by them while creating my profile on a different website. I was very impressed by the initial review they performed. It was through and detailed. That's the reason I decided to go for their paid service.

The paid service stood up to expectations.The communication was always clear and they have defined their processes very well, which made the experience very pleasant and smooth.

I had a few unique scenarios that I need help with. My resume writer was kind enough to pay special attention to those aspects and provide excellent solutions.
