I paid for the whole package, you know the one that will have your resume back ASAP. I figured out it was a scam when at 24 hours all I got was an email from someone saying they are on it. My resume was a copy and paste from different places, using fancy words but with zero research into what my job is and what would make me stand out, based on my 2 decades of experience in my profession.
The writer's second revision came a week later, right before the 7 days deadline. All she changed on the revision was the file name, it was now called rev2.
Bottom line: Don't buy this service. The customer service is poor, the resumes are written by someone who doesn't research into what they are supposed to be writing and all you get is a bunch of spam offering you more services.

I had a very bad experience as Top resume isn't providing the service I was looking for ( CV Design / Lay out) and refuse to refund me. It's been a month now that my case is passed from hands to hands and still no way to get my money back. I received 1 CV from them and it's probably the ugliest CV I ever seen in my life. There is no way a CV like that will catch HR attention! I am really disappointed and I lost 150$ for nothing, Don't do the same mistake!

Follow-Up Thank You Letter package rewrite base on the review that they provided of how my resume was filtering through the ATS. The understanding was that I should at least double the interview received after the rewrite. When I didn't get any, they said that it doesn't qualify (wtt) and I had to get rude with the representative for them to reconsidered.
People save your money and just do it yourself.
They are a big scam.

I was duped like everyone else after I was searching jobs on glassdoor.com and somehow after I uploaded my resume to Glassdoor, these guys send me a po-up asking to review my resume for free. Of course I agreed.
What I received was a professionally written and absolutely excellent analysis of my resume and how they could improve it.

Because it was affiliated with glassdoor and how well written it was, I agreed.
Big mistake. That's where the professionalism stops.

I received my first draft today and it sucked so bad, my dog could write a better resume.
It was clearly written by someone who English is not their first language. It was filled with all kinds of verb usage errors and errors that an English speaker would not overlook.

The worst part is when I try to write to TOPRESUME, they do not reply. I sent these guys $245 on January 1st, 2018 and the way it looks now, I flushed that money down the toilet. Im not happy with glassdoor either for aligning themselves with these con artists.
Whatever you do, do not send them any money because you will not get back a good resume. They will take your current one, re-write it a bit, add a bunch of errors and send it back to you.
I don't know how lucky Ill be, but I'm going to dispute it with AMEX and try to get the charges reversed. This company is a scam and don't be a victim like me.

PS----> The only reason I gave 1 star was because zero stars was not availble. The resume and cover letter they write is a big pile of dog turd. Happy New Year to me!

Wish I had seen the reviews before paying. Don't go by their free reviews. These people are no good. Their resume are no better than auto-generated, customer service no better than automated, policies are no better than scam.
You can write a better resume with an online template than their writers can do. My guess is that the writers are either amateurs or college grads at best. Have no sense of responsibility and insist on not doing background study or asking when in doubt. They don't even go over the material you send them.
I am an IT person and I can assure you that they are at-least not good for IT resume writing.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, if THEY FAIL to produce good resume in 3 attempts, YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY! SCAM SCAM SCAM...
