Stay clear! Total waste of my time & money. As many other users have stated below ( see all the 1 star reviews) the time table presented was never met, the writer I was matched up with did not know my industry, misspelled words and used UK English spelling for others, made grammatical errors and used run on sentences etc, etc... over all a week after my comments I finally got a generic email with a second version as bad as the first. This was the Executive package! Had to find another service. Customer service informed me that the service is "non refundable" so make sure you read all the reviews before you find yourself in our shoes... don't just walk away, run!

When I clicked the "yes" button to submit my resume for review, I fully expected to receive canned garbage about formatting, grammar, and word choices. What I received instead, a well written and radically candid review of my resume. While I truly wanted to, due to recent financial situations, I could not opt to have the company write me a new resume. However, the feedback given helped me to write a better resume that attracts the right employers to me and helps me show potential employers why I'm a great candidate. I know this because, after rewriting, I have seen a 35% increase in profile and resume views on job sites! I have also had more employers looking at my resume twice or more. Only 17% of candidates are reviewed more than once. This was a fabulous use of my time and a great investment. When I'm able, I fully intend to utilize the service to have the best possible resume written for me!

Hired this service for an executive style resume, uploaded my current resume and information for the writer. Once the 1st draft was received I found a flaw for revision in a section and questioned it. The writer responds with: (Well that's the way you have it on your current resume)? Seriously? I paid you for a premium service and you have no ability to take the initiative to fix something that was already wrong on the current resume? What am I paying you for? I received a reworked resume that was designed behind a template that anyone can download online! Don't waste your money for a plagiarised template is all you will get. Cheaper for you to online search the template that you like and do it yourself. I have submitted their resume design and been turned down 5 times already, not even an interview.

I tried to get them to make good on their commitment to rewrite my resume after the first draft was not helpful. They asked for additional details of how/what I was searching for. That was 14 days ago and I have not heard back from them. At this point I assume I have been scammed.
Also, I took their final product, resubmitted it into their site for review and... SURPRISE, the website said I need editing and THEY could help!
SCAM!

This business is a joke. First they bill me in USD for a purchase from their Australian site resulting in overcharging me about $100. Then the "writer" they assigned to me does such a bad job that the first draft is so bad it's not acceptable. There were incorrect dates for roles, incorrect job titles, position descriptions copied from previous roles that were totally wrong and many other mistakes. When I ask for assistance to fix the billing error and also the unacceptable draft nothing happens. Eventually after raising a dispute with my bank I am told that no further work can be done until the bank dispute is resolved. In the meantime I am having to use an old resume to apply for some great roles. Three months later, several weeks after the bank dispute is resolved, I contacted by topresume to see what they need to do. Overall this is by far the worst business I have had the horror (NOT honour) to interact with. I strongly recommend using an alternative company to topresume as they are crap.

Pulled me in for $279, great "resume review" bait and then I ordered the $279 package they delivered a fake job history and fake skills. I have been battling them for months trying to get my refund.
Their resumes are re-written by people overseas using information in OTHER peoples resumes.
It is amazing how a company like this can actually be in business and exist, it is a complete fraud. Look at their reviews, 99% are negative.
