The worst service ever! They are a scam! I ordered the executive package and paid extra for "48" hours expedition. The person who "wrote" my resume admitted that they are not familiar with my profession and their draft could have been done by a high school student. Then when I complained they said that they were closed for 5 days for thanksgiving! The writer replied 6 days later and then after a total of 9 days, they were closed for 5 days during these 9 days, they said that my revision period was over!
I had a potential employer and I had to write my own resume.
They refused to refund me any of my money and they still refuse to do so!
They really did not do anything for me. When I emailed customer service (multiple times) about the quality of writing, I got the feeling that they were just brushing me off. Any high school student could provide the level of quality I was given.
Complete waste of money... and they refuse refunds. I would rate them a "0". Do not waste your money.
I was confidence that my resume is good enough since I spent a lot of time to make it, revised it million times and no one tell me it was bad up until Karen from TopResume pointed some points from my resume to make it better with a logical explanation. It wasn't my intention to get a review for my resume but I ended up here and I was glad for the feedback, though. I wish I can make a better resume based on her feedback, so thank you so much for the advices.
Horrible communication and obviously the person doing the resume played the time game to perfection, not communicating and than waiting until the final second. I can say I wasted a lot of time on this service.
